Great experience with Ecoboilergrants called them 3 weeks ago told them had really old boiler yesterday they installed my new eco friendly boiler big different the guys that installed my boiler really friendly and helpful thanks guys 👌

Three lovely guys came very polite and worked hard all day. I now have a lovely warm heating system. And they cleaned up aswell.

Loft insulation gays properly professional they doing wonderful job. I highly recommended if any want loft insulation plz contact MEG.

From beginning to end took 2 weeks good workers and very plesent

I was shocked to see 4 men turn up ,all of the were very polite
Personally I think one or two were trainees because the other men were watching them like a hawk explaining step by step to them about the process.
They did a really good job and cleaned up after themselves

Fast acting team. From first enquiry on the Friday, got a call Saturday. That same day I had a guy visit to assess the boiler issue. By Monday my grant and works were confirmed by the following Saturday I had the works completed. Prompt email and telephone communication, lastly the three men that done the work were professional and friendly. Highly recommend ECO4

First Class job Ali the gas engineeer was very friendly and polite as were the rest of the guy's, I would recommend this company to anyone.
Great service i rate them 11 out of 10.

Loft work exemplary but central heating not so much the fault does not wholly lie with the engineers is the new fangle remote controls which are remote and difficult to work

The issue was resolved while phoning them over the phone was able to operate the thermostat

From the day Mahmoud came to do the site survey and following day Meena took over the detail paperwork and it’s processing I was told the installers will call a few days later

Did not believe this felt distance they are calling and working over the weekend all my concerns did not materialise they had everything in hand

Once I got sight of the installers I was so impressed by their knowledge there was seven of them division of labour was equally shared

The loft installers did more then what was called for he fitted a ventilator in the bathroom also fixed the loft door supplying and fitting a latch on the loft door

I was so taken back by the whole team of workers I called at the chippie and furnished them all with a man size fish and chips this was consumed with love the remark they made was they will always remember visiting Whitehaven and having the best fish and chips

After this it was full on non stop getting the boiler installed and two new radiators

I was really impressed by the way they carried out the work exemplary is the only word that sums up the teams attitude nothing was a problem conversations was vey assuring no confrontation they went well beyond what is expected

Evening fell and they all left a sad good bye

This are the best team to install your boilers and central heating , if you are lucky to get them

Can not say one word wrong a beautiful thoughtful team a gem of a find

They lead in the standards for the rest to follow

Excellent service by the engineers, who worked miracles in a short space of time. The office, however. Need to improve on communication, as the work could have been made much easier with more detail provided.
The guys on site, were clean in their work, polite and highly professional at all times

Took a few weeks for application until installation but the two men who came and replaced our rickety old boiler were lovely. Very friendly and efficient at their job. Explained everything to us and swept up before they left!

Well what can I say but absolutely great company to have install our new eco boiler just in time for these chilly days n nights ahead! From the survey of the house straight through to install been a great experience.As for the 2 gentleman that came to survey one guy called Hassan and his colleague couldn't have asked for nicer guys to do the job.They came on time and explained everything that was about to happen and were there right though to completion.If am honest there was one set back with the first 2 engineers who came not wanting to do the job for sum reason unknown to us.But I contacted big Hassan and hey presto the problem was fixed immediately for that thank you again Hassan well done! The install guys worked there fingers off all day and were total gentlemen well spoken well mannered and professionall from start of job! Well done guys and very very tidy and cleaned up with a industrial hoover the works! So to the whole team a big thank you! Great work! Hat off to Hassan because he was the main man behind it all! Boilers working great easy to work and control and looking forward to many great years of comfort thanks to Eco4 team 👍!! Would highly recommend this company to do work the public professionall an understatement! Well that's about it guys were a happy household again thanks to you guys!!

We applied for a new boiler and when Waqar Sharif came to our home he came in with such a humble smile and charm and had the time and patience to explain everything in detail to myself and my mother. It was so lovely to have such a kind and understanding person to come into our home and to be able to trust him. Immediately he got onto things and within a few days he had sent 2 lovely men to come and fix the boiler and their work was fantastic again with such patience and determined to do a great job. So thank you very very much !!
