Excellent work. Had a few concerns but they were dealt and communicated by the team efficiently. Overall experience was good. From start to finish it took only a week. Highly recommended.

A few tiny issues to begin with - nothing major. New boiler, loft insulation, extractor fans and window vents installed at my 86yo mum's house. I would like to thank Samiya in the office for arranging everything so that my mum could be nice and warm this coming winter (her old boiler was probably about to be condemned). I must also thank the two teams who worked on my mums house, fitting everything to a very high standard; in particular- the boiler team were extremely funny, friendly and professional. I would say this to anyone out there thinking they probably won't be successful, applying for this grant - I tried last year for my mum and the company who responded declined to do the work saying there was too much work involved - so my mum sat through a very cold autumn / winter. Ecoboilergrants responded immediately to the application submitted and did the work almost immediately. It took probably a month from applying, getting a survey etc and then 3 days for the actual physical work to be completed and it was 3 days because my mums was a complex job. So well done and thank you from the bottom of our hearts Ecoboilergrants!

The men who came to do my heating were polite and very hard working. You can't fault them. I will give them 10 out of 10 for there work here.

Dean and Dirk came over to replace my boiler, it was a long process and took up the majority of the day, which was expected. Im not normally comfortable with having people in my house for that length of time but they were very friendly and i was completely comfortable around them which is very refreshing.

They were very tidy and efficient. They were here from about 7.30am until 4pm. I personally loved the early start because we are early risers anyway. About 20 minutes after the job was complete, my hot water pipe under my bath had burst because the pressure from the new boiler was so good, my old fittings were not longer suitable. I rang dean and he drove straight back and fixed the problem.

I expected a few teething problems and am really happy with how dean has handled them. Theres always going to be some sort of unconvienience when having such a big job done but im very pleased with how effective communication was and he went above and beyond to make sure we were safe and happy. Highly recommend!

The two men that come were very polite well mannerd they explained the job they were going to do they worked late to get the job done very professional company would recommend them to anyone two very good gas engineers highly satisfied with the work many thanks Mr Lambert
