I am a regular user of these products. They are good quality and most economical. Also, they do refills, which saves waste. Ordering is easy via their website and delivery is swift.

Eco-Hydra is a regular buy for me (and most of my team, in fact). We are provided with antibacterial cleansers and sanitizer through our company, but most of us have skin sensitivity or skin conditions. Being nurses, we are continually washing and sanitising so it is important that we use the right product for our skin. We have all found that Eco-Hydra works very well for each of us all having varying skin complaints. I can recommend their products to any Health care professional alike, or anyone with skin sensitivity.

We're very sorry to hear of this delay. One of our staff is currently liaising with you, and is following up with Royal Mail (who took responsibility for the package on 27th February). We shall of course make sure that this issue gets resolved.
Wrong Address - Delayed Delivery
It appears that EcoHydra placed the wrong label on the box. I paid twenty euros for delivery and I still have not received my package more than two weeks later

Hello Aidan. The package was in fact correctly labelled. However it was returned to sender (apparently in error) by Dutch customs. This is something over which we have no control. The package arrived back at our warehouse yesterday, and our staff have been in communication with you about this via email. Whilst we understand your frustration, we're rather surprised that you consider EcoHydra to be at fault in this, and we're working hard to resolve it for you.

No more sore hands
I have an sore hands for many years. I have tried so many products and nothing works for me until I bought these. I felt better on the first day. I even put it in a little bottle to use at my work. Highly recommended.

This currently states that the shipment has been held up by your country's customs, who will contact you directly if they need further information. Not received
I ordered my order on 12.12.23 and I still haven’t received it, postage said 3-5 working days and 8 working days later (before Christmas break) I still hadn’t received it and sent them an email which I haven’t heard back from yet, (again before Christmas shutting)
Reply - I understand the post can be longer at Christmas however, I have ordered from many different places even after the date of this order and I received everything else in time for Christmas. 2 days of post since Christmas and still nothing.

We’re very sorry for the delay, Mrs A. Our records indicate that your order was received and dispatched, so clearly Christmas delivery times have caused delays, but unfortunately these are beyond our control. As for your email, it must have arrived very close to the start of the Christmas break, when we were short-staffed so nobody would have picked up the message (yet). Had someone done so, we would of course have replied. I realise that this is not an ideal excuse, and we will do our best to remedy the situation as early as possible.

Wanted something to carry that protects from norovirus and this was the only product I could find
