Great customer service and the best hand sanitiser …
I have only ordered directly from Ecohydra a few times but I have always been very pleased with turnaround time from placing my order through to the order being delivered. Items have always been carefully packed, which is a definite plus. There have also been better deals available by ordering directly, particularly when ordering a few items together. The hand sanitiser foam is the only product I can use that doesn’t leave my eczema prone hands feeling really dry and sore - really pleased, many thanks Ecohydra.

EcoHydra saves time!
What I find is good about your products, is that I have something at my fingertips just when I need it. I don't have to go over and run the tap. I am not using hot water. They don't make my skin too dry.

Damaged on arrival
My order was damaged on arrival so rejected and returned to Ecohydra. I emailed twice and phoned twice and left messages but no replies. Quick response using Messenger. Turns out they have responded but seem to have issues with their emails getting through. Replacement still not arrived after a week of being dispatched though.

This is the second refill I have had
This is the second refill I have had. Product is excellent, but 1 star knocked off because plunger sometimes needs to be primed before foam is fully expressed. I have not needed to use the travel pack yet - December. But looks as good as main item, and sanitizer will slip easily into smallest pocket
