My first interaction with Ecoscent was their website which is really easy to navigate and is very well presented, after seeing a similar product on holiday in South America, which is unavailable in the UK. This is where the good things stop. When trying to pay for an item, the price (advertised as including VAT) added more VAT at the check out. A simple website error, or so I thought. After contacting the customer services, Hannah (who has been polite throughout in fairness to her) apologised and said she’d look in to it. Disappointingly it took me having to reach out again some time later to get an update. Again, another apology, but no resolution. I contacted customer services again and received an explanation that the price in the basket was right, and the advertised price was wrong - despite screen shots which explained the mistake. There was no offer to resolve the situation given the mistake and the hassle. After explaining this and advising the right thing to do was the honour the price, customer service agreed to this and I was sent an invoice, however the postage (quoted on their website as free above £99, or at check out £6 for the item I was looking to order) was £14.40 (!) which effectively took away any honouring of the price. When advised of this politely, customer service have failed to respond. This should have been an easy fix, and an opportunity to show excellent care and service. Instead, I’ve been left feeling my custom doesn’t matter and the company are indifferent to their mistakes (multiple on this occasion) when they arise.

Whilst I have taken my business elsewhere (not through want of trying with Ecoscent) I’m conscious that the real proof of a company’s quality is in its customer service - particularly when a customer is trying to give them business. Ecoscent have been very disappointing in this regard, and alarmingly I’d have no faith in it being better if I’d had an issue with a product. I’ll be avoiding Ecoscent in the future for this reason, and can only humbly advise you do too.

I had a wonderful experience with EcoScent, from the moment I purchased the product to actually receiving it, with great communication throughout.

I chose the EcoScent Puck+ – New & Improved Portable Scent Machine in Green & Silver for Cars, Bathrooms & Small Spaces, along with a couple of fragrances, as it was difficult to choose between them!

You really do get what you see on the website. Everything is so beautifully made. I genuinely enjoyed unpacking it as much as I would a brand-new iPhone. Actually, no — much better! 😂 So much thought, detail and style have gone into the presentation.

The scent machine works beautifully and fills my small treatment room with just the right amount of fragrance — and I use it on the minimal setting. I’ve been running it for over a week now, and the liquid level has barely gone down.

My clients have already been commenting on how lovely the room smells, but the fragrances themselves are a different story altogether. They smell expensive, sophisticated, beautifully balanced and intentional — more like a luxurious perfume than a typical room fragrance.

I am so happy I found my scent supplier for my business. ❤️

Paid £180 plus for a wall unit from the outlet store, they didn't send the charger so I can't use it.

The product is extremely well made I was expecting something made of plastic but this is solid metal and the finish is fantastic.
I use mine in a 1100sq ft apartment and it’s been tricky to get the intensity level set correctly, however, this is actually a positive as I have had to turn the levels down so much I can see the oils lasting much longer than I originally anticipated. I now have it on for three hours a day. 20 seconds working then a 200 second pause and you can still smell it coming up the stairs.
Customer service is brilliant, especially Johnny! Every company needs someone like Johnny. The chap is so knowledgeable about the products.
I’m looking forward to using more Barrels in other properties. The days of making somewhere smell of freshly baked bread to entice someone to buy are over!
Currently using a white tea scent but will also try the one that copies the Ritz for a deeper moodier scent.
All in all really please with the first week of ownership.

To purchase a product was really quick and delivery was good but most of all Golden Bamboo fragrance oil is truly amazing smell definitely recommend it

I love this stuff, after visiting a hotel by emmerdale village, the hotel was enveloped with this scent, wrapped in their scent for two days I had to order it for myself- for home.
I ordered the mini diffuser, and 100ml of sandalwood, bergamot & citrus. (It’s divine!)
On arrival, wrapped in beautiful black packaging, padded & luxurious looking it felt like my birthday. I couldn’t wait to get the scent inside the diffuser & envelope my home like the hotel! Everyone comments on it, the small diffuser covers the whole of my 3 bed downstairs. It’s lovely. Everyone that walks through the door comments on how lovely it smells.
The 100ml has lasted around 3 months, with use in the morning & evening after dinner and I’ve since brought the same scent in a 30ml as the 100ml is expensive, and also so I can see how long it lasts with daily use. To see if it’s more affordable, maybe a monthly purchase. With the 30ml I also received a gift, a cleaning solution in the same 30ml size which was a lovely surprise.
Compared to other diffusers I’ve used this absolutely knocks them out of the park! Delivery is within a couple of days too, with emails to update you.
Don’t hesitate to buy!

Absolutely beautiful scents ,long lasting and so easy to manage timings,am obsessed!Only downside is out of their control,I live in Ireland and the shipping of €40 and customs charge of €37 makes it difficult to justify continuing but product itself is truly amazing!

This is my third purchase .. I love the product... the selection of scents has something for everyone's taste. Quick delivery . I am very happy with my purchase.
