Overall very pleased with product
Promptly delivery and item packaged well. Bit of a shame I received the silver top product when I ordered the gold top product. But it works really well and gives off much more scent than a diffuser would. Overall very pleased.

I have had the most amazing customer service from a lovely lady called Grace, Had some difficulty with delivery because of the apartment block I live in and she went above and beyond to try to find a resolution and keep me in touch every step of the way. Can thoroughly recommend this company the obviously take care of their customers. I don't feel like just a number .

Loved it but wouldn’t buy again
Loved my product but expected it to last longer. Not even two years old and completely broke. Eco scent charge for return costs parts and labour after 12 month warranty runs out. My mums also broke after 12 months.

We’re sorry to hear that your diffuser has stopped working sooner than expected. Our units are designed to last for many years when maintained in accordance with the cleaning and usage guidance supplied and when used with EcoScent fragrance oils.
While the standard manufacturer warranty is 12 months, we also offer extended warranty options for customers who would like additional peace of mind beyond the initial warranty period. It’s very uncommon for our diffusers to fail in this way, so we would genuinely like the opportunity to review what may have happened and see how we can assist. If you could please contact our support team at ecoscent@ecoscent.co.uk with your order details, we would be happy to take a closer look.

Not worth the wait
It was late being dispatched & had to chase it up & it’s very disappointing for the price I paid. Poor in fact. Totally overpriced . If it had been good I was then going to explore into the more expensive products but will leave it now

We visited a hotel and loved the concept of the aroma as you entered the hotel.
We were recommended to Ecoscent through someone who used them for commercial projects but said they also offered products suitable for residential properties.

For transparency, your order was placed during our festive closure period, with delivery first attempted shortly after we reopened. The courier then rearranged delivery at your request and the parcel is now due to be delivered today.
