My first experience was great and we love the scent. However when I reordered the package arrived and the glass bottle inside was obviously broken.
I have tried emailing to ask for another bottle and asking how to return the broken one but have not had any response.
On such expensive scents the service level is not acceptable. I am over £150 out of pocket with nothing to show for it!

I’m absolutely loving my Barrel scenting machine — the fragrance is gorgeous and really lifts the whole office. The scent fills the space beautifully and hits you the moment you walk through the door. Shelomi Prescod has been friendly, supportive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. First-class service and a product I’d happily recommend to anyone.

We are a cocktail bar
We are a cocktail bar. Since using eco scent in the bar area and toilets we get complemented on how great everything smells. Even on a Saturday night.

The scent chose was initially out of stock but the follow actions by ecoscent after feedback were very responsive
The scent we chose was out of stock and initially it took a while to tell us. Initially they provided an equivalent which was not our favourite. We are trialing a unit in a reception area and we fed-back that it would have been great to have a small sample pack to establish which scent works best before buying.
Having provided this feedback we got a great response from Ecoscent. They contacted us offered samples and have promised to provide the preferred scent.
