Most of my zinnias came up except one particular kind. Contacted Eden brothers and they ended up refunding me even though it’s been months since i originally ordered. Great service!!

Eden Brothers has great service and wonderful seeds & plants!
We have been ordering plants and seeds from Eden Brothers for years. The customer service is outstanding, and we have always received high quality products every time. We highly recommend the ZIN MASTER collection of ZINNIA seeds! We have ordered a quarter pound of seeds multiple times now, and the easy planting coupled with the huge reward of gorgeous, pollinator attracting blooms are very gratifying! Hummingbirds and butterflies and later on, goldfinches come and it's really special!

I've had luck with Eden Brother's Seeds…
I've had luck with Eden Brother's Seeds so I returned to purchase more for this Spring/Summer. I did have concerns about one packet of seeds and was plenty surprised how easy it was to contact customer service and resolve the issue.

When I wrote in to say I had a problem, I got back a very kind and understanding answer. I felt that she really wanted to solve my problem. She did everything she could do and then some and because of circumstanses beyond her control, as yet the problem isn't solved, I believe that in the future it will be. Some things just take time to solve. I don't think this is the fault of the company, but rather of some supplier outside their control. I am very pleased with all the

I am not a gardener but at the moment to choose a present for a friend who loves gardening I found Eden Brothers. Besides their breathtaking collection of flowers they provide gardening education adapted to the area where you live and when to plant to get the best results. The colorful gift card was the best choice for my friend and Joel in the customer service area was very helpful.
Good products and Excellent customer service
I bought 2 kinds of dahlias last year and both grew and bloomed well, true to the varieties. This year I made an order for next spring shipping but just learned I will move so I contacted Eden Brothers for cancellation. They made a refund very quickly for me. I love their good products and excellent customer service. Thank you.

Received several rotted allium bulbs out of a small order. Why would this company even send these to me? I emailed and received a store credit but no refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY

great company, great products
I have purchased from them many times over the years and their products are always high quality. My yard is full of blooms every spring and summer thanks to Eden Brothers. The rare instance i have had an issue, it has always been resolved quickly and pleasantly. i recently purchased two different kinds of lily bulbs. One set looked great. The second set arrived damaged. Customer service refunded the bulbs plus 10%. Problem solved!

Eden Brothers keep the main thing, the main thing! Seeds are fresh, they grow well, and the taste is excellent. I am never disappointed with Eden Bros. In addition, seeds are mailed quickly, no delays. Love their varieties!
Lots of info and easy to use website
Last week I ordered blue cornflower seeds from Eden Brothers. The website was very simple to navigate, and I received a confirmation immediately. I also received an update when my order left Eden Brothers with tracking info. Today I checked the tracking info and learned that my order will be delivered tomorrow. That’s fast!

I ordered 8 bulbs “The President Canna Lily”. I received cannas that look nothing like the picture. I will NEVER order from Eden Brothers again.
Not what I ordered
I order butterfly milkweed seeds, a few months ago and well i planted them and the grew to be Jimsonweed. So I wouldn't trust purchasing from them anymore, they don't know what they are doing!

Selling compost heap plants
I wrote a recent review about my experience with thus nursery and, to their credit, they provided a store credit for the tree peonies which shipped late enough that they did not grow. Prices have increases enough that replacing these is impractical especially given the late for ne shop schedule so I ordered three echinacea bare roots. They arrived yesterday. The top growth on 2 had given up leaving only clumps of expired brown roots in the bags. The third had a small amount of desicated top growth. I planted the one and we will see. I contacted them regarding the product quality, but have not received a response.
I would like to update. It took over 24 hours to get a response to my email, but when they responded, they acknowledged my concern which was born out by the picture I had sent and refunded the order to the gift card I had paid with. Thank you for promptly making things right.
Bulbs were disintegrated on arrival
We will never order from Eden's Brothers again.
We ordered a few coneflower bareroot/bulbs and half of them had disintegrated by the time they arrived to us.
From the others condition I doubt any will survive.
We have received 100% better bare roots from QVC and Amazon sellers.
Order never arrived / Customer Service uncommunicative
When my order "shipped" there was no tracking information. Weeks went by and my order never arrived. I contacted customer service, but never heard back from them. It has been almost two months: no seeds and no refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.
