I purchased an item and did not like…
I purchased an item and did not like the size of the pendent so returned the item and I did not receive my refund. I was told the parcel was empty. Please everyone be careful when purchasing any items as the service I received was awful 😞

I bought these earrings as a birthday gift and she loves them and so do I. They arrived promptly and they were packaged really nicely. I would definitely buy from this company again

Fantastic customer service
I absolutely cannot fault this company. I ordered an initial pendant late on Tuesday night with a view for it to arrive on Thursday. I stupidly forgot to check out with next day delivery! I then emailed EOE and explained my problem and as it was still before 1pm they very very kindly sent as next day free of charge - absolutely brilliant customer service. I adore my charm and will wear it every day as it’s the first letter of my sons name :)

I bought something that was due to ship…
I bought something that was due to ship in 4-6 weeks. By week 7, nothing has shipped and they have not bothered to proactively reach out. Not acceptable. You already knew the order was late.
When I reached out saying I no longer required it asking for a refund, they completely ignored that request and nonchalantly told me it is now due to ship in 8 weeks. Misadvertised, your poor management of your supplier is your problem - especially with a complete lack of proactive apology or notification. I do no want to give my money to a business that operates this way.
EDIT: Still no item received and they have refused to issue a refund. Completely ridiculous and basically theft. 'Customer Love Team' doesn't care to respond. They claimed their shipping window is just an 'estimate' but NOWHERE is that stated on their website. It clearly stated 4-6 weeks with no caveat. Shameless liars.

Beautiful jewelry :)
I ordered the birthstone necklace for my daughter’s 21st birthday and it was delivered promptly and beautifully packaged :) The deep green of the gift box and wrapping is lovely :) The pendant is a perfect size ( dainty but not flimsy) and the gold is very warm :) I had ordered some Monica Vinader rings for the birthday as well and the colour of the Edge of Ember gold is a really good match :) Will definitely order again!

Customer service was super helpful with my issue. My EOE jewelry is fantastic and holds up extremely well. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Wonderful Customer Service
I needed a gold chain repair within the warranty period and contacted Edge of Ember’s customer service. They responded kindly on the same day and offered me a replacement. The new chain is already with me, professionally wrapped, and with a prepaid label to send back the broken one, which I did today. Everything took less than a week. Very good customer service!

I ordered a necklace with a January birthstone for my daughter it is beautiful. Delicate and contemporary. It was in a lovely box and I ordered the gift bag and it looked great. My daughter was so pleased she loves it. It arrived within a few days. Fantastic.

Awful experience - Buyer Beware!
Awful, awful, awful service!
Ordered some earrings for a 21st birthday gift, didn’t even open them, just wrapped them for my niece.
Presented them to her on her birthday night, she opened them and she said they were lovely but not ‘chunky’ enough for her liking. (To be fair, they do indeed look a lot ‘chunkier’ and thicker on the website. They are quite thin and delicate in real life.)
I returned them the next day using their return label following all their procedures.
They received them 9 days ago (I received a ‘return delivered’ email) I am STILL waiting for a refund!)
Many emails, website messages, Facebook messages - all go unanswered apart from one reply saying they would ‘prioritise’ the refund … I’m still waiting!
Terrible service - they now have the goods and my money - which is basically theft!
Even PayPal can’t help as I have already returned the goods and they already have them back!
Would NEVER use this company nor recommend to anyone. And considering on this day of social media, a company’s reputation goes a long way!
** PLEASE EITHER JUST RETURN THE EARRINGS BACK TO ME AND ILL KEEP THEM MYSELF OR PROCESS THE REFUND! **
