Amazing customer service!
Amazing customer service! I’ve made several orders from them and love their jewellery.
All sorted promptly. Lovely items.
Little bit of a mix up at the start after I ordered items. If you have a pre- ordered item you won’t receive anything until that is available. So you need to be aware of that. I was worried about the order ever arriving and said that on my last review.
Well Milly & Grace were right on it. Lots of correspondence, apologies and information sent to me to sort the confusion out. My items that were in stock were then delivered to me very promptly and just have to wait for the pre ordered item to come now.
The quality seems very good on what I have received and I love my items.
Nice to have a company that care about their customers. Thank you Milly & Grace.

Shoddy company …
I ordered three pieces and obviously there was a discount- two pieces were really flimsy bad quality. I sent these back but there was no indication about having to pay postage return- after many weeks and emails they finally agreed they had received them even though the package arrived in a couple of days- the refund took literally sooo long to be shown on PayPal and even now it’s still not been put in my bank. Customers service is disgraceful and you have to re-email to ask questions which are not answered. The free earrings aren’t worth it to be honest. I wouldn’t buy from this company again and DO NOT be sucked in by their reviews and adverts on Facebook !

Beautiful Jewellery even better customer service
I loved my order of the Gold clasp bangle and the free earrings. I’m such a fan of the quality of the jewellery but more so the excellent customer service I experienced.
I had an issue with my order and it was resolved immediately. They really made me feel like I was listened to and delivered the best customer service I’ve seen for a long time.

Excellent customer service and really lovely earrings
I recently ordered 4 pairs of earrings. Some were on pre-order. I didn't realise they would all arrive with the pre-order but after requesting the available ones be sent straight away, the team dispatched them immediately and my pre-order will arrive in May. I'm really impressed with their customer service and friendly communication via email.
I gather it's a small, personal team and I love that I'm purchasing off a little UK business who are willing to quickly resolve any misunderstandings and follow up quickly with excellent customer service. Thanks for your super service.
I LOVE the earrings that have arrived and immediately put some in. A genuinely lovely touch with a free gift too (which is rare these days).

i Ordered some earrings as a gift, paid extra for quick delivery. I have now just had an email after chasing them for my order to be told its out of stock and will be delivered on 21sy May !!!! They should have told me this before taking my money!!!!
Stay clear is my advice

NOT WORTH THE MONEY:
We purchased earrings from Milly Grace. Their earrings are so cheaply made. They are expensive and yet so flimsy, with clasps that bend easily and then do not close properly. They use the thinnest metal available and it might not rust or stain, but I have earrings from Claire's that were 1/4 of the price, do not stain, and look better made. One pair even is completely hollow, so water can just stay there. NOT worth it!!!

Received my earrings a week ago just…
Received my earrings a week ago just before a long weekend away. I hill walked, cycled, slept, showered all in my free hoops and they are still in my ears today. They are honestly the most comfortable earrings I have ever owned and I actually have to check sometimes that they are still in my ears. Haven’t even worn the silver hoops I purchased yet!!

Quickly replaced a faulty hoop
I ordered a pair of Huggies and got a free pair of hoops. When the Huggies arrived one of them wouldn’t close. It looked slightly defective. I contacted customer service and they asked for a photo and then quickly sent me a brand new pair. I’m really happy with them and with how I was treated.

Amazing customer service
I never usually leave reviews but the customer service is amazing so I just had to leave one. I’ve never ordered anything from Milly Grace before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. There was unfortunately a slight delay with one of the products I ordered so I emailed customer service, who responded the same day, wow! I spoke to a lovely lady called Aimee and she dealt with the situation amazingly and communicated throughout the process to keep me updated. I’ve now received part of my order and absolutely love the jewellery! I can’t wait to receive the final item and I’ll be back to place future orders. This is what excellent customer service looks like. Please support this small business. They are amazing!

Saw an ad for Milly Grace and decided to make a first order of some necklaces and hoop earrings. There was a small issue with one of the pieces and the response from Aimee in Customer Service was incredible.
