I was fed up of buying jewellery only for it to tarnish, I hopped on the Internet and searched 'jewellery I can live in'. Top of the list was Milly Grace. I bought 2 pairs of earrings, received a free pair too. So easy to order. They arrived really quick and beautifully packaged. I bought 2 pairs of huggies in gold. I gave my ear holes a good clean and the stems of the earrings, put them in, time to give them a 'test drive'. I've showered, washed my hair, used perfumes, skin products, sweated, hair products...nothing has touched these earrings, they are as bright and clear as the day I took them out of their boxes. So impressed with the earrings, I have bought, necklaces and a bracelet. Nothing touches these amazing pieces of jewellery. They are perfect. The only problem I have now, is what do I buy next.

Amazing!! I had an issue with an item I ordered and they replied to my email within a day, were extremely helpful and sorted it out so quickly. Friendly staff that are always there to help, even when I had a question about a bracelet I wanted to order. Highly recommend - the best customer service I have received from a business - by far!!

Buying from Milly Grace was an incredible experience from start to finish. I loved the website, the jewellery, and they had great deals. Postage was super quick. An issue with my order was resolved almost immediately and the customer service was second to none! Excellent products that I wear to swim and work out with no tarnishing

I’ve had such a fantastic experience with Milly Grace jewellery. I couldn’t recommend them more. The quality of their earrings is amazing, especially for my sensitive ears – I can wear them comfortably all day with no irritation, which is so hard to find.

Unfortunately, one pair arrived with a faulty clicker (or it may have been damaged in transit), but their customer service was absolutely outstanding. They immediately offered me a voucher for the full value of the earrings, completely at their own expense. They also covered the postage, and I didn’t even need to send the faulty pair back, making the whole process so easy and stress-free.

Also, I’ve seen the bad reviews on this website and I really don’t understand how anyone could have a bad experience? The quality is fantastic and the price is very affordable for earrings that will last. I do genuinely wear these earrings to the gym, in the shower, I sleep in them and they are as perfect as when i first bought them.

It’s so refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind the quality of its products. I have complete confidence in their jewellery and will definitely continue buying from them. I recommend them to all my friends and family!

I honestly can’t recommend Milly Grace Jewellery enough! I ordered online and was so impressed from start to finish. The website was easy to use, the communication was excellent, and my order arrived beautifully packaged and much sooner than I expected.

Was very sceptical about ordering through Facebook due to being scammed before, but im glad I did, the quality of the jewellery I ordered for my other half is outstanding. You will not be disappointed. Was delivered on time, the packaging was excellent and well packed, simple to order, easy to navigate through the site.

This is a fantastic small business which is deservedly growing year by year. The pieces of jewellery I received are all beautiful and of excellent quality. I bought the silver twisted and pleated huggies and a gold chain, all gorgeous. The customer service is second to none. Responses to questions are received very quickly and written in a very personal, friendly way. They go above and beyond to help, for example stupidly I missed that they had a 3 for 2 offer on and when I emailed, they went out of their way to resolve this and sent me another piece.
I would not hesitate to recommend to friends or to buy items for presents.

Lovely earrings and great customer service. I had an issue with one of a pair of Huggies, just dropped them an email and was resolved really quickly with code sent for replacement at no charge. Nice to get such good service these days!

Not only is the jewellery beautiful, it’s affordable and the customer service is exceptional. I have worn my necklace to the gym and for swims and so far it hasn’t tarnished. I had a problem with my bracelet and they emailed back straight away and gave me a replacement. Will recommend to everyone.

I recently ordered a pair of earrings with the free hoops as well. I had an issue with one of the free hoops being much too difficult to open so I emailed and was very happy with the response. They immediately sent a replacement pair - excellent customer service.

I ordered 2 bracelets and some earrings from the webpage in May this year, and was really happy with the quality and design. When I had an issue one of the earrings a month later, customer services were very quick to respond and make it right which I really appreciated!

I absolutely love the earrings I got but unfortunately one fell out of my ear😭 really sad as I really liked them.
