Milly Grace delivered what they promised. The products are high quality and really are suitable for daily use. I recently needed to email customer service and they replied and resolved the issue quickly, responding to my first email within five minutes of me sending it! By far the best tarnish-proof jewellery brand. I have ordered from 2 other well-known brands that sell tarnish-proof jewellery, and Milly Grace is far superior. The jewellery is not only beautifully stylish, but the quality is also exceptional. Not to mention the amazing offers that are often on - including free hoops! I’ve ordered so many times it’s becoming an addiction!

I love the products that I purchased, the quality is great and I’m excited to see how they last over time.
However, I had an issue with one of the earrings - it didn’t fully click closed, but I emailed the company and they were so apologetic and friendly, and they sent me a replacement immediately!
Really lovely customer service. I can’t wait to see how far the brand will go in the future!

I will wear these non stop
Jewellery is really good quality. No rough edges or patchy thin plating like you get with some jewellery. I have a bracelet and a few pairs of earrings. I am disabled and have endless struggles to change out fiddly earrings but these Milly Grace ones are so easy. They click shut and stay put. I have had no issues sleeping in the hoops, no catching on my pillowcase either. The cartillage clickers fit my tragus piercings perfectly too. My only minor gripe is the necklace length range, as a plumper gal I need a longer length chain to be comfy, this could be fixed by making extenders that fit any necklace in the range.

I can’t recommend this jewellery…
I can’t recommend this jewellery company enough! The jewellery is beautiful, and the quality is fantastic. I usually have really sensitive ears, but I’ve been wearing my gold hoops for five days straight without taking them off, and I’ve had absolutely no irritation.
The customer service was outstanding too. I thought I’d ordered three pairs to use the 3 for 2 offer, but I’d accidentally removed one pair from my order. I got in touch, expecting it to be my mistake, and they replied incredibly quickly and sent the missing pair straight away.
You just don’t get customer service like this very often these days. Amazing products, brilliant service, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Really great jewellery & customer service
Really great jewellery, have many pairs of earrings plus necklaces and bracelets. Love that I can wear them all the time as I’m someone that swims and exercises daily. Had really good customer service when I had some issues with earrings breaking, really helpful and quick to get back to me. Very pleased.
