They explained the process so they it was easy to understand. When I couldn’t access some information they sent it via a different platform so that it was easier to access. Would definitely recommend.

Very helpful and understanding. take the time to explain what LAP is needed.
They only thing that let's them down is
A. They don't tell you you have to pay separately to register them and post them. OR
B. You can send them back to them to check and post but that's at extra cost.

Easy to contact when needed nice and polite understanding staff. the only criticism is that they are a bit on the expensive side.

Having tried to set up a Power of Attorney myself and having failed miserably, I put it in the hands of the professionals and the whole process was handled efficiently and professionally and without any problems.

Everyone on the team seemed to be very pleasant and helpful. I had to ring a few times with queries about a few things which were answered to my satisfaction. I could have completed the LPA online myself but decided against it and get professional guidance incase of making errors and to avoid the pitfalls.Yes it's more expensive hiring someone to do it but was happy in the knowledge it was done properly
