Edway Training Pty Ltd is a nice fully-equipped training centre with all the facilities for trainees and all the students. Frankly speaking the course was extremely useful and inspirational for me. Overall, I am absolutely satisfied with the course, tutors , administration.

Very good performance for training.

The trainer was very knowledgeable and she is clearly passionate about workplace health and safety. If I was scoring on her knowledge alone I would have rated 5 stars, but I am only rating 3 stars because I was not satisfied with three things: i) the training room environment, ii) breaks and iii) the closing out signing procedure.

i) The room had narrow desks, was too warm at times, and had no natural light. I found it to be quite unpleasant to spending a whole day in there.
ii) The breaks were short, particularly lunchtime when tthere was not much time for lunch allocated and, with not knowing the area, I (and a number of others) did not have enough time to find somewhere nice to eat and get back in time for the start of the afternoon session. I ate my lunch as quick as I could but still missed the start of the afternoon session.
iii) The close out procedure was slow and tedious and meant some people had to wait a long time to get the documentation signed. If there is no way to change this I would at least suggest that they let those who arrived earlier be the first to sign and leave. I saw three people who arrived just in time in the morning be the first to leave - which was unfair. It should be first to arrive be first out...

I participated in the White Card course with Edway. The training was very easy to follow and left me feeling confident with the information I had been instructed on.

The teacher was very attentions and the course is very good for learn more about the work safely.

The training was in old building that was hard to access if you a minute late. No phones answered to query how to get inside. Trainer ran through the material as quickly as humanly possible though he was friendly and funny. I don't think enough emphasis was made on importance of on-site safety especially given that most of the attendies were immigrants without awareness of Australian laws, rules and culture.

I would recommend this company to learn with, they teach all the ins and outs, skills and knowledge of what it takes to become a successful traffic controler
