I wanted to cancel my order so I…

I wanted to cancel my order so I emailed the support team. I received a reply within a few hours from Sarah. She was brilliant, and advised she will try and cancel for me. She kept in touch with me, and managed to get it cancelled. It was all a seamless process.

Terrible Company to Communicate With

Box had a deep hole in it on arrival.
PEMF Mat doesn’t work.
Elaris Customer Service useless especially Sarah.
No phone number to contact them.
The return links she sends don’t work.
Have been charged twice.
Reported to PayPal as ongoing and unresolved.
There are better companies who do value their customers than this one who are absolutely useless and their PEMF mats.

Very pleased

I read all the reviews and like everyone else, I am very satisfied with Elaris. The panel I bought was better than I thought. I'm very pleased with my product, the delivery was great and of course Sarah, like everyone said, was so kind and quick to answer a question I had. I will highly recommend this company to all my friends!

Top tier sauna blanket

Really enjoying the Elaris sauna blanket. I’ve used it several times now and it’s so easy to work into my routine. Love the blanket is easy to store and Elaris’ customer service is outstanding! Really happy with my decision to choose the Elaris sauna blanket over other options.

The Blanket

The customer service has been amazing and to make sure everything was working properly I turned it on and the blanket heated up quickly. I can’t wait to actually get it my blanket and use the insert along with it. Once I feel a little better, I’m going to get in it and sweat! I look forward to regularly detoxing in my blanket and helping me reach my weight loss goals.

Great product and customer support

The Elaris support staff are excellant, ensuring I received the product in good order and supplying information about the delivery times.
This is a super product, I highly recommend.

I love it

I love it. Easy to set up and get in and to zip yourself in too. The controls are easy to adjust etc. Very comfy using on top of my bed. It's nice being inside and really warms up and gives you that sweat. I use it with comfy light gym clothes and socks. Simple to clean after. Easy to fold away. Fold in half long ways and fold in 3 sections which then perfectly goes in bag. Customer service was excellent as I had a few questions and replied immediately with help and politeness 5 star to Sarah many thanks you were brilliant:)

Great experience

I suffer from fibromyalgia and after just using this blanket twice, my pain has lessened.
Only minor thing is that I cannot zip it up at my neck, as to hard to get to.
Hoping for many days of pain relief

My mat arrived but the tester did not…

My mat arrived but the tester did not arrive. I was concerned if the mat was working and reached out to Elaris. Sarah with body support team reached out to me immediately. She assured me my mat was working based on what I should be looking for. I told Sarah my health situation and she immediately reached out to support to send me a tester to give me peace of mind. I use the mat x2 a day. First thing in AM and in evening. I have found it relieves my bone pain and muscle pain. It is very relaxing and best investment made

Amazing!!!

Miracles Do Happen

I have been in chronic pain many issues. Some days can't even move from bad back surgery. The first treatment took my pain and inflammation down so much that I was actually up and about. It has also made it so my pain medication use has reduced drastically. I am truly grateful for this company and their support. It has been nothing but a blissing in my life. Has literally changed for the better. 🥰💜🙏

Happy Customer...Love My sauna blanket.

Sarah has been super responsive when I have had questions. Easy delivery and set up. I had to read online how to get the maximum benefit of my sauna blanket - warm it up for 20 minutes before use, place a heat absorbing mat underneath ( yoga mat) It takes about 40 minutes to get a real sweat happening but it is very effective. I love crawling in to my blanket wrapped in my sweat sheet. I often drift off and love how cozy it feels. The only wish I have would be for better zippers. When I am in the blanket and have to sit up and reach down to pull up the zippers they tend to not lay flat and get stuck several times while I pull them up to shoulder level and then open around the shoulders if I adjust my position at all. ..Still works great just a suggestion to make it smoother. Thanks for fulfilling my wish for a home sauna experience.

Sarah has been great!

Sarah has been great! We have had some hiccups but she has been Johnny on the spot and makes sure that everything is in order from start to end.

No Customer Service

I bought the Sauna blanket in Early December. It took a couple of weeks to come. I was told by my doctor that I should not use the blanket because I have Sjogren's Syndrome and it would cause severe dehydration. The box is not opened, and product not used. I've tried to contact the company by phone and through their website at least 10 times. The phone number listed doesn't work, and no email reply. I had to call my credit card company to try and get my money back, and to try and get them to send a return slip. Don't buy anything from this company. They have zero customer service. It was a very bad experience.

Thank you for your review — we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

After reviewing our support records, we can see that you first contacted us on December 28, 2025 requesting a return. Our team replied the same day asking you to confirm that the product was unopened and to provide a photo of the sealed packaging, as required under our return policy. Unfortunately, we did not receive a follow-up response at that time.

You reached out again on January 8, and we responded again the same day to ensure you had the information needed to proceed with the return, but we did not hear back following that message.

On February 11, 2026, you opened a dispute with American Express while the product remains in your possession. As this process is now active, we are required to submit evidence directly to the card issuer for their review.

To clarify, your return was never refused — we simply required confirmation that the item was unused so we could issue return instructions and process your refund once received and inspected, in line with our policy.

We remain happy to resolve this properly and encourage you to contact our support team so we can assist further.

I am loving my red light tower

I am loving my red light tower! I use it every other day on my full body to help with my mitochondrial function. Already I feel more energy and I know that with continued use I will just feel better and better!!!

Elaris Body Mat - Life-changing Purchase

I have been using the Elaris body mat for a month now and it has literally changed my life. I have battled chronic sleep issues for the majority of my life and for the first time in decades, I am sleeping! I use it on the sleep setting for 30-40 minutes every night before bed. I have had only one night in the entire month that I didn’t have a full, good night’s sleep. This mat has been a game changer for me and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Thank you, Elaris!

I love the Elaris sauna blanket

I love the Elaris sauna blanket. It gets very hot and provides a good sweat. It's so easy to use and takes up very little space. Customer service has been stellar regarding questions I had. Sarah was extremely helpful. I highly recommend the blanket and company.
