Had purchased a kindle from elctyec.com, it didn't work, they said they would replace with voyage instead of basic one which i had ordered ,once I ship d product back. No refund or replacement to date.its been more than 4 months!

Yes we have received the product back to us but you failed to send it within the mentioned warranty period and we have received the item that you returned after 2 months and even then we made an exception and proceeded to offer you a coupon worth the same amount but you didn't accept. Now as requested by you we will proceed to send you the alternative that we agreed upon in a few days.

I have received the order which is a series 6,44mm GPS+cellular i-watch.The open box i watch series 6 44 mm which I had purchased recently (which was supposed to be a demo watch as per the nomenclature) has stopped working. The screen started flickering after the 9th day after receiving it from the courier company. I did not drop or damage it.
I had written an email to the support but ther has been no reply.

Received all of my 4 orders in as mentioned condition
As of this writing, Its been 9-10 months since i have first stated shopping on elcytec. After going through a youtube review, thought its all a scam but the product i wanted was only available on this website so thought of giving it a try even after reading the negative reviews online and to my surprise my order came in as mentioned condition but the delivery was slightly delayed. As of now i have ordered 4 products including one macbook pro and all of my devices are working perfectly.

I was looking for a Bose Soundock Travel Bag which is nearly 10 years old. The Travel bag which I enquired was not available with Elcytec but they gave me a alternate option of same brand of Travel Bag which was compatible with the product. I was searching this Travel bag from a long time on many websites and offline shops olx and international website. In a while a week back I found this website Elcytec and read about their review here at trustpilot.com and thought to give a try for a purchase.
The transaction with Elcytec was smooth. As promised by Elcytec my product got delivered at the right time with the right product in a perfect condition.
I would definitely recommend Elcytec for your product purchase.

I bought bose soundsport and replaced it and was amazing the replacement policy and the replacement which I got was really awesome but still after a month I am facing the same issue occurred earlier. The left ear bud existing draining 40% faster than the right earbud. Overall the experience is really good but somewhat not fully satisfied. Contact 7503941117

I purchased Apple macbook pro 16 inch on last week of august and received it day before yesterday and till now I haven’t face any issue with my macbook but one thing I would like to mention is that I didn’t get the original box however, It came with original charging adapter and usb cable. Pretty nice experience overall
