IT'S A WORST E COMMERCE BUYING I HAD…
IT'S A WORST E COMMERCE WEBSITE I HAVE GONE THRU WITH NO MAJOR SUPPORT, NO VERBAL SUPPORT AT ALL, EMAIL SUPPORT ONLY AVAILABLE (THEY DONT REPLY MOST OF THE MAIL THOUGH)
I HAVE PURCHASED SPEAKER FROM THERE ORDER NO 6377, ON THE SECOND DAY, I TRIED TO CONTACT THEM, NO LUCK. I EMAILED TO CANCEL THE ITEM ONCE THERE STATUS WAS PACKED AND READY TO DISPATCH. THERE WAS NO OFFICAL REPLY BACK OF MY MAIL. THERE TRACKING ID WAS AUTOMATICALLY CHANGING PER DAY OR TWO. I THOUGHT IT WAS SCAM SO I MADE A DISPUTE ON MY CC ISSUER. (BEFORE MAKING DISPUTE I MAILED FOR STATUS OF MY ORDER SUPRISINGLY THEY REPLYED THEAT IT WAS INITIATED IT WILL GO THRU) AFTER DISPUTE MARCHANT LIED TO CC ISSUER THAT NO SUCH TRANSACTION WAS MADE. WELL THE TRANSACTION WAS SUCCESSFUL. WELL IN SHORT THE DISPUTE REMAINED OPENED MORE THEN MONTH. THE MERCHANT SENT THE PACKAGE FROM OTHER CITY AFTER SEVERAL DAYS AND I REJECTED WHEN IT ARRIVED, DUE TO I WANTED REFUND AND DISPUTE WAS STILL ON.
AT LAST WHEN THE DISPUTE GOT OVER WHERE MERCHANT PROVED TO CC ISSUER THAT, I HAVE REJECTED THE PACKAGE AND ONCE THE PACKAGE ARRIVED TO THERE DEPO THEY WILL INITIATE REFUND, THEY STILL DONT AFTER MAILED SEVERAL MAIL AND NOW THEY HAVE STOPPED REPLYING MY MAIL. IT SEEMS LIKE I HAVE LOST MY MONEY
I DONT THINK IT IS WORTH WHILE MARCHANT AFTER ALL THIS THING HAPPEN THERE WAS NO SHORTS OF VERBAL SUPPORT WAS AVAILABLE, LOOKS SUSPICIOUS TO ME. I ORDERED THE PRODUCT ON DEC 2020 AND STILL I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REFUND.

Hi, We are really sorry for the inconvenience.
We would like to inform you that your refund for order #6377 has been initiated after deducting the necessary shipping and handling charges and it should reflect in your original payment method within a couple of days.
The amount was blocked for the past 3 months because the order was rejected at the time of delivery and a dispute was raised subsequently.
Despite of requesting you to accept the order and generate a return request later, in order to prevent RTO (return to origin) because RTO orders has a higher chance of getting damaged/lost during transit and also because of this there are COD charges on most of our products.
We also know that you had asked us to cancel the order but since it had already left our warehouse we could not cancel it and instead requested you to accept it.

i Have Ordered Rtx 2070 super will update this review as soon as i get update on order. just paid delivery charges which is around 300rs just for trial purpose!
After 5 days:
Status showing "Confirmed (Tracking details will be shared once the order is shipped)" from last 2 days. well that worries me and making me think it might be a scam! will update soon!
after 6 days:
got a mail "Due to excess orders we are currently facing delay from our suppliers and it might take around 4-5 weeks to get your order shipped."will see btw it takes 28 days to deliver if i buy products from china :D

Well i call it a scam! don't buy anything from this site. mailed for refund and yea received refund!

Hi, We couldn't deliver your order because we didn't received any response from you on the mail sent to you notifying about the delay which as sent on 26 September 2021. So after sometime we decided to cancel your order and initiated a refund of ₹279 on 13 October 2021 which should have credited back to the original payment method within 7 business days.
