I bought my wife a scooter from them over a year ago the price was good and delivery was fast. We had a problem with it recently but electrazoom sorted it they are very customer focused and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Electric scooter for competitive prices and aweseome customer care
I think this company ticks it all;
- Very competitive prices: I was googling for the best price to buy a Xiaomi Pro 2 scooter, when I found that company selling it for a very competitive price and offering 2 years warranty IN THE UK, rather than sending items to China.
- Good customer service: When the package arrived, I have seen the seller's stickers and paperwork inside the box which was not sealed, which made me wonder whether it is an ex-demo unit. I contacted the customer services through Chat who was very responsive and assured me that my scooter is brand new but they open the boxes for quality check.
- Fast dispatch: I got the scooter in 3 days! It is a UK stock from a UK VAT registered company.
Generally, I am very pleased

This is a factually incorrect review, which has been reported.
We have no record on our system of anyone under the name 'Ricardo Bentani' making a purchase from us.
We are a fully registered UK based business, FCA regulated and dispatch all our products from our premises in Gloucestershire. We would warmly welcome any independent verification of our operation. we would never send an empty box out to a customer as falsely claimed.

Honestly so excited for my new scooter, I recommend electrazoom for any scooter purchases excellent customer service and delivery time. Mentioning that I ordered my scooter yesterday at 2pm literally just arrived at 8:45, outstanding shop and very reliable :).

Bought my Inokim Oxo from EZ. They have, without fail, always helped out for spare parts - either caps or the strap band for the scooter. Always informative and extremely efficient when speaking with them. Would highly recommend purchasing off this entity - they really put customers at the forefront of their operation.

Absolute Scam
I should have trusted my gut I see a few people have had issues with this company, these fraudsters sent me an open box filled with sugar and then when I tried to resolve they accuse me of lying even though I sent them picture evidence
Don’t use this fraud company you won’t get your scooter
I will be taking further actions And will be getting refunded
However I don’t want anyone else to fall for this scam

The review above has been left by a know fraudster. The matter has been repoted to both the Police and PayPal. Who presented with all the evidence sided with us.
