I ordered a 12kg sack of dog kibble…
I ordered a 12kg sack of dog kibble which never came. I struggled to get in touch with this company but eventually had a response back via email and phone call. They were very helpful and sent me a complimentary bag of food while they investigated my missing order.
The courier company they were using lost the parcel and they sent another via Royal Mail which arrived swiftly.

Scam company AVOID REPORTED to the EU commission…
That is a scam company AVOID buy anything from them online. They will be reported to authorities. There are no support at all after purchase. They mark the delivery as completed but is not true. Item never received. I will raise a legal action against this scam business. BE CAREFULL, DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM. Trust me , try other place.
Electrical World Ireland is currently subject to review following a formal complaint I have submitted to the European Consumer Centre (ECC). Any consumers who have experienced similar issues with this company may also pursue formal action by submitting a complaint through the ECC. The European Consumer Centre’s official website provides detailed guidance and the appropriate forms to report potential breaches of consumer protection regulations and to address unfair or misleading commercial practices.

Is this company actually legit
Is this company actually legit? I'm confused. I placed an order on November 19th. I was emailed twice to say they were waiting on the bag of dog food to be sent from their warehouse and I would be notified when It was sent. When I emailed asking about my order they blamed an post but I don't believe it has even been sent yet and they keep telling me they will get back to me in 3 to 5 days. My dog will have died of starvation by then.

Purchased some Irish peat turf which…
Purchased some Irish peat turf which took 3 weeks to be delivered. Whilst I can accept that the delivery company in this case Evri we’re a total and absolute shambles EW chose them as their delivery partner and have to accept responsibility. Did they offer some goodwill compensation. NO !
They wouldn’t even agree to refund the delivery fees. Won’t be using again. So disappointed with them and will avoid in future

Still waiting on an order to be received, placed over 3 weeks ago. Customer service keep telling me I need to wait, even though I paid for 3/4day delivery time frame. So customer service dont seem to be too bother about it, hard to get hold of as only an email address. So be careful when using this company. Such a shame.
As of date 12/12 I still haven't received my order!!

I'd never buy off them again. Waiting weeks for a few down lights. Took my order & said nothing about them out of stock. Don't take an order if you can't fill it.
