package finally arrived was in a terrible state
I ordered a battery on the 19 November and it arrived on the 04 December, over 2 weeks to come from Ireland to the UK, this is unacceptable when you consider I had a package from China in the same amount of time.
When my package finally arrived it was in a terrible state.
The package (just a small cardboard box) was wet on the inside, the battery ends were also damp, I cannot risk using this item because of the condition, so now I will have to buy another replacement.
Why didn't they place it in a plastic bag?.
I would return this item but waiting another 2 weeks plus the cost of postage would be pointless.
I tried to contact them by email but, my messages never got through.
Stay well clear of this cowboy company.
Edit. I have received a full refund and so altered my rating score, although I had to chase them up on it.
I hope they take note of this review and in the future pack their products better especially when some curriers are not very careful.

I ordered 6 garlands with lights and decorations in November 2024. Only 4 garlands were sent one of which the lights didn't work. When i contacted the company they informed me they did not have 6 garlands to send me. They should have informed me of this before sending as understandably I needed all 6 garlands for the space they were going in. I would have cancelled the whole order and bought elsewhere.I agreed to wait until they received the garlands as I thought they would do for this christmas. When I contacted them earlier this year they I informed me they would not be getting them. I have now been trying to get a refund for the two undelivered garlands and the faulty one. Emails have been backwards and forwards with promises of a refund for months now but I have received nothing but promises.
I see Hannah from electrical world has responded on trustpilot but has not responded to my emails. They have my details so if they wish to resolve the issue they should reach out to me. I think they think it makes people think they are taking it seriously. The last four emails I have sent have just been ignored.

Absolutely the worst company I have…
Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with.
They sent faulty equipment that my electrician luckily saw before using. Notified them, and they offered to replace and/or reimburse. They even pulled the product. They failed to send my money back. They then failed to send another part of my order, which never happened. They asked if I would take alternatives, I agreed, costing less than the original, but that never happened. I have chased after them time after time. I have asked for my money back, and they have promised time after time, each time told it it is in the process, but it takes 7/10 days. How about 3 months, and I am still sending them reminders weekly. And still get the same replies and excuses.

Nearly 2 weeks and no sign of order
I ordered 2x 12kg bags of carnilove dog food. I have ordered from the company before without issue. I placed the order on 14th Nov and have still not received it. On the 19th Nov they emailed to say they were still working on it and the following day they advised it was sent. The link they sent was for hermes and took me to an error message. I checked again today and it is still being 'sorted' with Evri. We have had to buy the dog food from a local garden centre. This is dreadful custoner service....to add insult to injury they actually charged £3.95 for postage on top of the £100 I spent on food. Such a shame but won't order again as need a more reliable vendor for dog food

I purchased a small and fragile item. At this busy time of year I thought I might not even receive it in one piece. It came swiftly and well packed. Was in good condition. Bought an emergency light battery and it never came, chased them twice but still no delivery, eventually gave up and bought again somewhere else. Not worth my time trying to get a refund as that too would likely not come

I took this company to court
I took this company to court. I ordered products and did not receive them and after months of chasing them up and electric world insisting that the products were delivered. I finally filed a claim with small claims court in Omagh (this is done online and is cheap and easy to do) I easily won the case because there were many mistakes on their delivery documentation and the court ordered electric world to refund me my money plus interest. They tried to make out I was a con man and that was insulting but they had no evidence so this was easily dismissed. If they had any principles at all they would have apologized at this stage and promptly paid their dept. But they are to this date still dragging it out so I have got a debt collection service involved. I wouldn't be writing this if they had owned up to their mistake and refunded me but I think it is their company culture to delay and hope the problem goes away at their customers expense. I would encourage others to take them to small claims court if you have had similar problems and no matter how small the amount of money because they have no principles and need to learn their lesson.
