First Class Service. We just moved from Texas to Tennessee and needed to purchase a new washer/dryer. Bell Banther provided excellent service from the first interaction through delivery - she is a PRO! She gave us her cell phone number and worked with the manufacturer to get us our washer/dryer as quickly as possible when they didn't have any in stock, communicated status often. She consistently went above and beyond the call of duty. She explained all our options, provided us the right guidance on all things electronic express like extended warranty, and found specialty products for us. The delivery experience was also first class in how they communicated, delivered, and setup the unit. We would highly recommend working with Bell for appliances and Electronic Express!

They had what I needed in stock, prompt free delivery the next day!

The washer was badly damaged. They had to take it back and reschedule another delivery date. Why should I have to wait two more days? Should I get it the next day? It was Electronic Express mistake!

Nice friendly help from online personnel. I found what I was looking for. Ordering process easy. Fast delivery. I had to return freezer however because it was defective. But pickup was quick. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was the refund took a bit longer than I liked, but refund was issued. Id shop here again.

Electronics Express always has the best prices on electronics! I've gotten several items from them, and it's become my new favorite place for electronic equipment.

I received my freezer on the day and time appointed. The delivery person was very nice and helpful. My freezer did have a dent in the side which we discovered after unpacking. I does not seem to affect it's operation. I purchased the 21 cubic ft. 2 door chest freezer and so far I really like the way it is designed. The two smaller doors are much easier to use and allow me to keep things better organized and more accessible.

Murfreesboro mgr and team members I met were extremely unprofessional. My husband and I bought an "out of the box" LG washer. The team member that helped me retrieve the washer told me "its like you basicly bought a washer from your grannie's neighbors yard sale." He made me feel so beneath him.

Recently relocated to Tennessee and 1 of my first purchases was a tv from this store. To give a benefit of a doubt, I did make my purchase online. But instantly as soon asI made my purchase, it spent days in the fraud department. I was never told why and the fraud department don't answer nor return calls. Finally, they process my order through and schedule my installation. The day come for them to install the TV on my wall. I did know I had to buy my own mounting kit so I had one ready for them to use. To my surprise, the installers tell me they can't install my TV to my wall because the mounting kit wasn't purchased from their store. Mind you, through the whole process, I was never told I had to only buy a mounting kit through them. Also, I never read nor seen that disclaimer on their website. So yes, I am furious with this whole experience

They told me that the payment could not go through, when I consulted the bank about the issue, they said it must have been on electronic expressive side. We haven't rejected the payment, ultimately had the counsel the order and find a third place to order the merchandise that I want to buy.

Item was exactly as described and arrived quickly.
