Great communication and customer service. I was called and informed when my delivery time changed. I was called all the way up to the moment of delivery. Everyone was so nice.

I purchased a ROKU TV and also a two year warranty. I have found no paperwork or any info as how I register for the warranty.
I emailed the company to ask this question and used the email provided to me when I made the purchase.
I have received no answer. I received the TV quickly which is working fine, but no response to my question.
EDIT---I don't know what is going on with this company. I received a response to this review that asked me to edit it after reading the attached info about my warranty that is contained in their email, there is no email with info about warranty and no attachment with the email they sent me. I just what info about the two year warranty that I have already been paid for......where is it, Ihave found nothing, no info, no attachment!
And I have no idea whether or not the warranty I paid for is in place or how to register for it.
What attachemnt....I can't find an attachment on this email....WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT, I SEE NOOOOO ATTACHMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!

DOES NOT RETURN EMAILS ABOUT QUESTIONS ABOUT CERTAIN POLICIES! I have exclusively purchased both of the last 2 tvs I bought from E.E. I had just bought one for $1300 and seen the same tv for $400 cheaper on amazon and best buy. They say they will price match or give you the difference if you find the product cheaper. They purposely did NOT reply back to me until AFTER the 30 days were up! STAY AWAY! Looks like I will be going to best buy from now on!

I ordered a highly sought after camera from them twice through a website called GreenToe.com and both ordered got canceled after weeks of waiting, with no explanation. I reached out to their customer service team e-mail and they always say they'll get back to me but they never did. They also said that I'd be put on a waiting list for the camera and be the first one to get it, but that never happened - instead of being put on the list, I received an e-mail that my order was canceled. I don't understand why they charged my card, made me wait, then refunded me out of nowhere when the order was still supposed to be valid. I'd be wary of ordering products from them since they're not reliable.

I ordered a TV off the website and it had a manufacturer defect. They quickly came and swapped the TV out for me. It was extremely hassle free. One bit of constructive criticism my replacement was delayed an hr on delivery but they waited 15 min before it was supposed to be delivered to let me know.

Management was great! Item was out of stock except for the display. Gave me a really good deal as a new customer.

The customer service was good when I first ordered. They got me scheduled early for delivery and provided me numbers to call if i needed help. However, when on the day of delivery, the order came very late around 9pm and the whole day I tried to call customer service. At one point I was on hold for 30 minutes before calling a different number. Glad I got my order, I just wished it came in the time frame it was set to come.

Not only have only have I received no updates on the ticket to look into were my order is I've also not gotten said item or been offered a refund this is crazy to send me a write us a review email I don't know what y'all expected me to put as the review

The manager worked with him to correct but it was an issue with software update. He gave him another tv. Once we made it home, we had the same issue. He took the time to walk us through the factory reset. He was super kind and patient. The tv worked perfectly after the reset.
