My order didn't come complete, my computer did not come with a power cord. So I had to drive over an hour to find and get one.

Speed Queen is the basic standard that all appliances should adhere to. Thank you to all of your employees for their support and focus on your mission in having the best available appliances for the consumer. My last washer was an Amana which I bought at Lowes and it only lasted 2 years and 5 months. May each of your employees have a very Blessed year!!! The delivery crew were awesome!

BUYER BEWARE: Electronic Express charges an astronomical 25% restocking fee on projectors, even if the item is 100% factory-sealed, unopened, and well within their 30-day return window.
I purchased an Optoma projector for $950. When I tried to return it completely untouched and unopened, I was told they would deduct nearly $240 (+ shipping) right off the top of my refund just to take back a sealed box. Their customer service refused to waive the fee or offer any flexibility, completely ignoring the fact that the exact same item is available elsewhere for significantly less ($761 currently on Amazon), and $75 less on their own website!
Their policy essentially traps your money. If you are buying home theater equipment, do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon or a retailer with fair return policies. I will never buy from Electronic Express again!

Product was good, price excellent and refund for 2nd piece that was unavailable was almost immediate and customer service concerning that was prompt, courteous and moved seamlessly through everything.

Had a good price on a Yeti Rambler but it was either used/repackaged or b-stock with all the cosmetic damage. The return process went smoothly but was still a waste of my time.

Gaming PC arrived corrupted and despite troubleshooting for hours, it never resolved. Had to unfortunately return it since replacements could not be provided.
No communication from electronic express until I had to reach out myself regarding a monitor I ordered within the same order as gaming pc.. which still has not arrived yet. I wish there had been better communication.

I order my refrigerator paid with my Afirm account. Set up the delivery. Waited today from 12: to3:00 pm I took a day off work I worked third so I haven’t been to bed they called me 5 till 3:00 and said the dispatcher canceled my order by mistake so they can’t deliver to Tuesday I said I have no refrigerator and I take care of my mom I need a refrigerator today or refund to the Afirm and I will buy from Home Depot they said the refund will take five days so I am screwed and lost money today they have me over a barrel because if I get refund I have to wait even longer I am being punished because I chose do business with them it’s crazy makes no sense I will not buy anything from them again should have paid the extra $200 and went to Home Depot

The people who work in the ordering department are fine and helpful. The delivery department os not... specifically the drivers, not the scheduling department. Drivers stated that pickup window was 5-8pm, then said we are 30 minutes away at 11:30am. When we stated we were not home they said would come back after weekend on Monday, I said, no I would like you to show up on the scheduled time. The result is they never showed or called. Called on Monday and they said unfortunately we cant get you until Wednesday. On Wednesday they showed up. They broke the drip pan and spilled a lot of water all down the stairs and all through the house. They apologized for the water and when I asked if they could clean up all the water, they said absolutely, and then walked out the door and left.
