They sent out package then sent it back. But still charged me 600 dollars for item they knew they couldn't deliver

Waited a full week for the product to arrive and when it did, one of the bezels (for Frame TV) was broken. I called the company immediately, now I have to wait another week (or so) to get refunded and place another order. Plus it was my responsibility to repackage and take to the UPS store. I think they should have immediately sent me a replacement.

How easy it was to get a great deal. Buying online was hassle free. The additional parts needed for hookup were easily advertised and it wasn't a gimmick pricing markup. The additional parts do not normally come with the unit. I did my research.
The delivery was early due to cancelations and I was able to call the driver back immediately to confirm someone would be present. I was told by my girlfriend they were very polite courteous and professional. They put our brand new washer and dryer exactly in the proper area and it runs great and looks sharp. Couldn't be happier

I ordered something I was very excited to receive and after 6 days I reached out inquiring about when it would be shipped and only then was I told that the item was damaged and couldn't be sold. I asked if I could see a photo of it to assess the damage myself and was told it was thrown away. I would have liked the option to see it and purchase it anyway because I wanted it that badly. The item is very hard to find. I am suspicious about whether or not it was thrown away. I would have liked to have known when i placed the order that it wouldn't be completed.

Very disappointed with the whole experience of purchasing microwave. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing or saying. One star is still too high of a positive rating.

The delivery driver was incredibly friendly and placed the product exactly where I wanted it to be located; all I had to do was unbox and plug it in. The product also arrived in a timely manner, and the person helping me arrange the delivery time was friendly and helpful. I would use Electronic Express again in the future solely based off these two people, but the price of the freezer was also the best price I could find.
