Online Pickup is Slower than Shopping In-Store
I purchased a product online because I was in a hurry and just wanted to pick it up and go. I waited until I received the email notification that my order was ready for pickup, then went to the store. When I arrived no one greeted me, and when I told the employee at the counter that I was picking up an online purchase, they didn't know where to look. They had to find another employee who had to go find the product on the shelf first, then scan my ID. I would have been able to save more time walking in and finding the product on my own as a normal in-store purchase.

Yeti tumblers
I was looking for yeti tumblers and not only did I find them on Electronic Express, but they were on sale and had the specific colors I wanted. I was a little cautious at first, because I hadn’t heard of this online store, but I received my yeti cups in a timely manner and packed very well. I really appreciate Electronic Express and their work because I looked everywhere for the yeti cups and they definitely delivered. Thank you!

NO STORE PHONE ACCESS AND AND AI SUBSTITUTE ! :
Not providing access to your stores by phone in my opinion will eventually bankrupt you. You cannot provide any customer service at all by routing all customer calls to an AI bot. I did discuss this with the store manager and a few of his employees. They all completely agreed and said it has been mentioned to corporate, albeit to deaf ears. I used to manage 330 retail stores. Never never would we have pushed our customers to an AI representative. Your sales staff I would assume are on commission. And a customer who cannot reach a live sales person in the store, will simply go somewhere else! I am not a fan of Amazon, but they do answer their phone!! Please please change this procedure and put calls back to the store. Otherwise this could be a disastrous move for your company. Hopefully you will listen for your sake. Thomas J Brown

Had a vert bad experience with Arnie in clarksville tn.. with his bad salesmanship I will no longer shop at electronic express.. long story short I bought a new C5 LG it was defective brought it back the next day and Arnie completely lacked any kind of remorse. I asked him what could he do to make it right because I went through so much trouble with the tv he has sold me, at that moment his attitude changed and he became completely rude and unprofessional. He offered a 2 dollar discount in a very smart alec Manor. if he could not help with any kind of discount that's all he had to say instead we were faced with a very disgruntled employee.. I will not recommend like Electronic Express because of the attitude of management..

Thank you for the feedback. We’re sorry your original TV had a defect, as manufacturing issues can occasionally happen with any brand. That said, our team accepted the return immediately and provided a full refund so that you could choose whichever replacement option worked best for you.
We also offered to price match the Samsung model you were considering from another retailer and apply an additional discount that would have actually beaten their price, allowing you to take the TV home the same day instead of waiting for shipping. While we understand the inconvenience of making the drive, replacement products are sold at their current market pricing, and we did our best to provide a competitive offer while still taking care of the return.

I have to be honest I had never heard of Electronics Express but in a google search for a certain item they were the only ones who had it and at a great price so I gave it a shot and I couldn’t be more pleased. Placing the order was easy my items were shipped and received fast and perfect shape.
