Had a warm welcome when they answered my phone call and answering my questions about the phone that I wanted to purchase. Had not only saved money but also had a great customer service!

My favorite phone store is this place. Every time I buy a phone from them I always get the best customer service and excellent shipping time.

The moment I stepped a foot on their website I thought maybe I'll get myself into a scam cuz their website ain't the prettiest and at first glance it's seems pretty shady and outdated. But after just reading a couple of reviews I saw that they have a very good and positive reputation from the public. So after placing an order I saw that the positive claims about them are true and I would definitely be buying another phone from them.

I would never deal with this company again. I needed to return a phone and they will not send me the code in an email so I can do this and have been in a dispute with my credit card company since November 2020 and they keep wanting to charge me for a Phone that I have never opened the package and only wanting to return. So I guess if your not satisfied you cannot return the phone since in their policy you have to have a code to return. I would have given them a zero .

Such good good company and very very nice people working there. They have great prices and website is very tidy and easy to navigate through. Checkout and account processing is simple and quick.
After paying extra for shipping and waiting for about 5 days for my package to arrive I was excited when it finally came in.

Absolutely magnificent and such wonderful people doing their hard and best of a work to satisfy their reputation and loyalty towards their customers. They are the best when it comes to selling phones and are the best when it comes to prices and shipping and overall best best best. Would definitely be buying a lot more phones from them.

Ordered two new Samsung phones but they sent the wrong color and one phone was damaged. Company repeatedly said they'd reimburse our cost to ship phones back to them, but they never did. The next pair of phones wouldn't charge and were refurbished/used, not new. Very aggravating and time consuming experience. Would strongly suggest looking elsewhere

I bought the phone on the internet from cell2get and somehow was switched over to electronicsforce. Anyway they sold me a phone advertised as new and when I received it, it came in a plain brown box with no paperwork. I called them to ask why and was told it was because the phone was an "overstock" item.
Even overstocked phones come with some kind of paperwork. So I phoned Verizon and gave them the information and serial number from the phone and was told the phone was a refurbished item. So I complained and sent it back, then they tried to charge me a restocking fee. At least they were responsive and promptly refunded me in full. Although I did have to spend $15 to send the phone back with sufficient postage insurance. If sold as new it should come with all original packaging and paperwork. And even then it may still not be new.

Very excellent website for buying phones. As someone who has been buying a lot from the internet I could assure you that they are the best and provide what is advertised.

Sent phone back and have not received reimbursement yet

For me I had a excellent pleasure of making business with these guys. Not only did I save money for the phone that I really wanted but I also managed to get right on time with the shipping method I selected. I'm very excited to make more purchases from them in the future

I am an old man using a flip phone and just enough skill to accomplish the basics on an old iPad. My flip phone of many years quit and I discovered I could only retrieve all content by finding a flip phone exactly the same as mine. On line was ElectronicsFource and I ordered the wrong phone. Email to ElectronicsFource, Steve told me to return the phone and they would send me the phone required. All this: purchase, exchange and back to business went without a hitch. I am truly surprised and humbled this serious problem for me was solved so professionally & quickly. I recommend ElectronicsFource for old and young alike. Kindest regards, Warren

I cannot recommend anyone buy from this company, based on my experience. I placed an order on a Monday evening for an "in stock" and new Motorola Moto Z4 to be shipped overnight by USPS. The order was still showing as pending two days later, and so I used their Contact Us to ask when this will be shipped. They responded pretty quickly asking for the order number, which I provided. They responded with "this order shows it was cancelled due to credit card declined." Because of this and having been without a phone for days, I purchased a different phone from a local store on the following Sunday. The next Tuesday I found my credit card was charged, over a week after the order was placed. When I contacted them yet again, they wrote "this shows it was delivered by usps tracking #....please send it back to the address below once we get it we will issue a refund...please check the link below for proof of delivery." When I went to the post office, the phone was there as stated, but it was not a NEW unlocked phone as advertised and the shipping label is for "Priority Mail 2-Day" despite having paid $48.15 for Overnight Shipping. I am planning on sending the phone back for a refund but doubt I will get all my money back.

Don't regret making business with them and would gladly make more purchases from them after my last experience!

Do NOT trust this company. I paid $70 for overnight shipping. They switched it to USPS priority, which should cost them like $10 tops. When I asked for a refund they completely ghosted me. I shouldn't have had to ask.

Additionally, they sent the items to the wrong address.

Do NOT buy anything from this disreputable company!!! They sell JUNK that doesn’t work, then when you complain and ask for your money back, they CURSE YOU OUT and CONTINUALLY CALL TO HARASS YOU!!

The reply by this company is FALSE! The PHONE doesn’t work, which has nothing to do with Verizon. The PHONE WILL NOT READ THE SIM CARD!!!

bait and switch 14 day shipping $100 extra cost terrible service

-Ordered on Sun. No updated for three days.
-Received email asserting item shipped
-Sent email following day requesting shippers tracking number.
-Received email with shippers tracking number - shipper asserts item not received for shipping
-Next day checked shipper, still "USPS waiting item". Sent email asking if item was shipped, as the order shows "shipped" by Electronicforce.com.
-Received email asserting something else, but not the shipping question
-Next day, checked shipper, still "USPS waiting item", sent email asking if the item was shipped as the order shows "shipped" by Electronicforce.com.
- Received email asserting item shipped two days prior. Further claiming that funds would not be charged UNTIL I had received product (not shipped).
-2 days later, checked shipper, still "USPS waiting item", sent email notification of discrepancy between shipper and electronicsforce.
-Received email asserting that they would file "a claim" with the shipper next day.

Haven't heard of a shipper claiming that an item had not been received when it actually had.

After reviewing many other reviews, it appears that "Trustpilot" and others are covering for this company.

Best phone merchant! Got my new s10 from these guys just the other day and thought of giving them a shout out. They are great!
