Great store fast shipping its always nice to have a store that do offer phone # so you can actully talk with a live representative I called tbem they gave me alot of information about a phone i want to buy the phone came quick and just as described good store

I can die with garbage but never and ever order this site anything phone! I already done order with extra fast shipping payment but today almost 15 days but they don’t even ship my phone. And I email to them about my problem but no reply to my email, even they don’t pickup the phone even if they pickup phone talk without verification 30 second and cut off the phone wow! This is the most sucking website I ever order my item. Better then order a garbage can

Ordered on July 5 online a Black Nighthawk Netgear M6 Pro, advertised as "UNLOCKED". I was especially looking for one NOT branded AT&T. The photo on their website shows a Netgear M6 Pro in black unbranded.
I received a white M6 not Pro. When I went to get my Sim in it, it stated the M6 was locked. Called the company: "All of the M6 are branded AT&T. Sorry we will change the photo on our site. Send it back, we're sorry we are going to refund you plus $10.00 for shipping" I stated I wanted to return the wrong M6 I received and expect to receive an M6 Pro Unlocked as I ordered and paid for. I spoke to a "Melvin" who told me: Just send me the tracking # for the return and I will ship to you the M6 Pro black. I emailed the tracking # for the return; no email, no phone call, nothing. Emailed four days later, and was told we'll ship it to you today. No email confirming shipment with tracking #. The return was received on July 13. Called three times after the weekend, was told Melvin will be back. I asked for a tracking #, was told a refund for $199.99 has been issued. As of today July 14 I still have not been refunded for the $199.00, nor for shipping back the wrong item they sent me. When I start complaining I got insulted over the phone like never before. I cannot states how many times I was told I'm a "MF", but well over 20 times, or "Who the "F word" do you think you are?", mocked my accent, and told me to go back to my country. The fellow even threatened to sue me... for what?? Stay away from this company they are the lowest of the lowest. I got screwed of $213.00 for the item I ordered and never received and the return fee of the item they wrongly sent! Unless you like losing money, get insulted, waste your time and energy thinking you are going to get what you ordered... better to close the tab and buy somewhere else. They're -- Looks more like a one man show, handling everything from answering phone to shipping -- simply pathetic liars and con artists who have no business trading online in the USA.

After my old phone suddenly stopped working, I ordered a replacement and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly everything moved.

Grabbed one of these and it showed up pretty fast. Been using it for two months now and it's still holding up solid. No real complaints from me so far.

Had trouble finding an unlocked phone that didn't cost a fortune, so I started looking around and found Cellification. Their prices were way better than what I'd been seeing elsewhere. The Kyocera they sent me was in perfect condition, no setup headaches at all. It's been a couple months now and the battery still gets me through a full day without dying.

My order was cancelled in 5 days after I've placed the order, without explanation. they are scammers, beware.

No communication and apparently inaccurate stock status.

spoke to customer service after they sent me the wrong phone and asked if i could pay difference and upgrade to better phone or when would the phone i payed for be available they told me i could only send it back and i would get a refund minus restocking fee and i had to ship myself then i could purchase from them or i could take down my review and they would put me in there cue to recieve the item i paid for and called before i ordered to make sure it was the correct one and in stock was assured not to worry.Aint happy at all.

I ordered and paid for two galaxy s 25 phones from cellification on 5/22/2026. On June 2nd I received the phones, but they were not the models I ordered. Was told they had my models in stock, and to send them the phones and they would send me the ones I ordered, as well as pay $25.00 for the shipping. I sent them back with a receipt for shipping the same day. on Tuesday June 9 I was told they had been shipped to me and I would get them in 5 days.Today, June 12 I was credited the price of the phones, but no shipping reimbursement. When I called to see what happened I was told they were out of stock and to try another company, so obviously I was lied to about the phones being on the way. I was always polite when I talked to them and they all were pleasant to speak with, so I am totally confused and disappointed . I really needed those phones! now I am back to square one trying to find reasonably priced phones for me and my wife. I cannot recommend these folks , especially knowing they lied to me about having the phones in stock and that they were on the way. I guess I should be happy I got my money back ( but not ship expense) but am angry that they wasted almost a month of my time. Buyer Beware!

The selection of devices is quite large and it took me some time to find the right one. After a short conversation with support, I knew exactly which model would fit my needs. The delivery arrived one day later than expected, but everything was complete and securely packaged. The entire process felt trustworthy.

I was only looking for a simple backup phone and ended up pleasantly surprised. Delivery arrived on time and the device was properly reset. For the price, there is really very little to complain about.
