Solid experience for me. These guys had a good price on a phone I wanted and I just bought it on their website. It arrived on timely manner. I would buy again.

The first impression of the website was clean and organized. The order was shipped the same day and the device arrived neatly packaged.

I purchased couple of phones from them last couple of years customer service is very nice and always willing to help when issue arise last time had a problem updating my cell phone OS contact customer support and they were quick enough to get it updated for me

This was over a year ago but I think somebody needs to know I ordered me a Motorola razor I thought it was so beautiful and it was supposed to been a pink one and I even asked man to make sure I said I got me a pink one he said oh yeah we got a lot of them I said they're brand new and he said Yes they're brand new and we have a lot of them so I could not wait cuz the price was so good and you know he sounded so nice on the phone and I got my phone I don't know how they did this but one end of it was pink like it was supposed to be in the other end was green I don't even know where the green came from except for another Motorola razor phone but that is showing me that phone was not brand new it was piece together they didn't even have sense enough to put the two pieces that match the colors together so I got together with PayPal and I sent it back and got my money back they didn't want to take it back to start with I said you told me this was going to be a brand new phone and it's not because it's not the colors are not even the same so I would not buy from them because I mean they might send you something nice but you can believe it's not going to be new it's probably refurbished and piece together like mine was and I don't know but I just would not buy from them again thank you for listening

I needed this phone for over a week and it has not arrived

I ordered a cat s62 pro that has thermal imaging and spoke to them and specifically said it must have thermal and they send me the phone without the feature.i even asked to exchange it back and they say there's no more but still advertise it.granted it's a great phone but not what I paid for. Even tried to purchase a newer phone with thermal they advertise but they say they don't have any it's a scam

Sold me a phone, confirmed the order, then canceled the order without notification & took 2.5 days to email me back. Reason for the cancelation was "a billing mismatch" - yet the payment went through & the order number was marked confirmed, per their email sent right after purchasing. There was no call or email about the cancellation - I didn't find out until the phone didn't arrive. That's dog$#!t.

It was an important day and I made an order and was waiting for it and come to find out as I wasn't even noticed, not through email or anything but that it had been canceled. Why you sell stuff if you're not going to be able to send it.

Had a question about CDMA compatibility with my specific network and their support team took time to actually walk me through it rather than just saying yes or no. The phone works perfectly fine, though I wish they had a slightly wider selection of mid-range models in stock at any given time. Minor thing though since everything else came through.

I even paused it to use a more expensive cream, and my dark spots came back, which says a lot. Finished my first bottle and already ordered another. It works better for me and costs less.

My order was cancelled

Had a phone purchased from them and I even went with the extended warranty for 2 years. After a year of having the phone they were kind enough to replace the phone for me after it had stopped charging because of a battery issue but that was my fault for using cheap chargers rather than reliable big brand ones. I'm over all very pleased with cellification as their reps were always honest and straightforward with me

The Alcatel phone arrived on time as expected and was neatly packaged. It just didn't have exactly the face style I was expecting like I use for texting.

Knocked a star off for each wrong phone they sent me. I ordered a Samsung galaxy A21s 128G model. Which should have 6g ram. They sent me the cheaper A21 model with only 32G and 2g ram. 12 bucks and a few weeks later they sent me an A21s but only 32G storage and 3g ram. I called apparently they don't have the 128g model. So because they advertised a phone they don't have I could pay another 12 bucks to sent it back for a refund or they can refund the difference. I chose the difference so I am only out 12 bucks instead of 24. I feel this is bate and switch how many people do they send cheaper models to who don't check the specifications before its to late?
