Absolutely great! Their customer service is excellent and guided me throughout the entire process. I have placed an order for a galaxy s10 lite with them, and it didn't come in it's original condition and probably was damaged during shipping. I called customer service and explained the situation and even sent them some pictures. They were happy to accept it back and when I provided them with a tracking number for a return, they immediately overnighted another one. So glad I've had the pleasure to do business with them. Looking forward again to buy more phones.

The best if the best! I honestly don't understand where the negative reviews come from. My experience with them has been great all from the beginning when I made a purchase online with them. They always pick up the phone and happily helped me with all my questions I needed. I have purchased a brand new galaxy z flip from these guys for such a stellar price. It didn't come in its original packaging but all the accessories did come in it, tho they did negotiate with me on my email letting me know I'm getting an overstock which is technically brand new.
So well I suggest you do your research with them yourself and see that you won't regret! All those complaints and negative reviews are all about old 3g flip phones that service providers don't support anymore and yet people are ignorant to buy them and then complain why it doesn't work without doing no research about the phone you're trying to buy.

Absolutely impressed overall. Got exactly what I needed to pay for and I would gladly be buying another phone from them.

The wrong phone was sent, it took 3 weeks to arrive because USPS was the only option. The replacement also took 3 weeks to arrive because USPS was used again despite asking them to use a different shipper. The replacement was a used phone and was returned again. My initial payment was refunded, but the return shipping for both phones wasn't despite being told repeatedly it would be refunded.

Have ordered a new phone from them and got a new phone from them. No complaints and no games, just pure buy and get what you pay for.

I definitely agree that it's a great merchant. However phone did not come in new box but I was warned about it through my email but still it had came with all it's paperwork and accessories.

Got exactly what a paid for and no complaints. This place is good value for your money and after searching everywhere for a Motorola z4 I saw its pretty rare to find them for a reasonable price cuz many scalpers on eBay these days are being jerks about everything and charge a bunch for nothing. Gladly I came across electronics force and they sell this device for a good and valuable price. So happy I could make business with them and get the phone I really want.

Now this is the reason why you shouldn't buy phones from those shady service provider stores. Service providers usually love to sell pathetic bundles that no one asked for to make a quick buck on ya. I just bought my phone from electronicsforce and I'm very well satisfied with my overall purchase. Phone came in as advertised and no contracts or anything in between.

Exactly what was advertised and promised was delivered to me. A good flip phone that's 4g compatible with Verizon just as listed on their website. Phone might not come in original box but it was definitely brand new after doing some background check with Kyocera about the device I received.
