THEY ARE NOT NEW AS ADVERTISED!
They were very untruthful, and very deceptive about everything.
I was also accused of being racist and discriminatory. Because I asked who I was speaking with. Same voice, but gave 3 different names on 3 different occasions.
They should just tell the truth about their products, their business practices, and their people that work for them.
They changed their story almost every time I called, new excuses.
They were not going to allow me to return a purchase, untill I called them out for false advertisement. and then their "legal department" sent me an email and threatened me...
They advertise their products as NEW, and I asked the customer service manager if they were new or refurbished. He assured me they are absolutely new, and his company does NOT deal with anything refurbished or used.
The phone I got was in a random brown box. The "new" phone had dents on the side, scratches on the camera lens, an aftermarket battery, and an aftermarket charger. Ya, that's probably new...
After a lot of unnecessary frustration and BS, I was able to return the phone, and get my money back.
Only a fool would purchase from here.

I ordered new Blue Google Pixel Pro 8 256gb. I called customer service twice before placing order and was told phones are new with manufacturer warranty . I received a white Google Pixel Pro 8 128 gb in a plane white box with no labels or documentation or simmer installation tool. I checked the IMEI of the phone and it showed warranty expired. Electronics force messaged me and said if would let them know when I would be sending it back the would send shipping label. I checked reviews and feedback on company before ordering and they seemed to be legit. The is huge difference in price between the new phone with factor warranty and a used phone with no warranty. . Ill be sending phone back when I get label but I spent alot of time deciding what phone I wanted and where to order it from. That time and the time and trouble of sending phone back is wasted. Those are the facts decade for yourself you want to order from this company.
