Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff. We have bought two of the heated towel rails as we were so pleased with the first one. We live in Spain and could not find what we wanted locally but Ibrahim was so helpful and arranged delivery to our door. Communicating via WhatsApp made everything really easy.

Ordered Heated towel. Turned up on time and was brilliantly packaged and super safe to avoid any potential damage.
Very easy fitting of the radiator including fitting the Thermostic element.
Love the attachable coat hooks, which are easy to fit and super smart.
