elevate your sole Avis 

Bought a style of Birkenstock that seem to not be being made anymore from this store online. As Birkenstocks tend to run large, I needed to exchange. The staff were incredibly helpful, both happy to take the exchange, and assured me they would hold the last remaining pain they had in my size until my return arrived. I received my items quickly, communication was excellent, I felt valued as a first time customer throughout our interactions. I would highly reccomend this shop!

Reliable and trustworthy company with great customer service. Very easy returns service and quick dispatch on a different sized boot. They were also the best priced boots on the internet.

Shoes delivered no problem however didn't suit.
On there website it states hassle free returns.
On the returns page you have to pay for returns on the same page at the bottom it states hassle free returns false advertising customer service unaware of this despite pointing it out to them will not use again.

I recently (jan 2023)purchased Heavenly Feet boots from this company and I am so happy with the speed, service and quality and of course price of the boot.
I sadly often purchase from Amazon because of the speed of receiving my goods but I will not make that judgement again.
I received the boots quickly and they are exactly what was described.

Wanted to buy a pair of FitFlop boots for my Mum and found this incredible company through searching for the boots online. Thankfully they had them in stock, they posted them the day I ordered them and they arrived with my Mum the next day, packaged beautifully and with real care...my Mum is thrilled with them and they are beautiful and comfy. Aside from the quality of the shoe, this company is exceptional. I called them and a lovely lady answered the store number immediately, that just doesn't happen nowadays anywhere else, they helpfully put me on to the customer services team when I needed to check something on my order. They asked me to email but stressed that I would get a response and they were right, Hal responded to me within minutes with a helpful, reassuring email that I had done everything right and the product was just about to be sent out! I had only just completed the purchase online, so that was so good. This type of customer service and quality control of product is something I don't think I have experienced for a very long time. Elevate your Sole completely elevated my soul into feeling grateful that companies like that are out there, and it is possible to do everything well. Thank you. Found this website when googling for a specific style - not only did they have it at a very competitive price they have a lovely range of other shoes too and just as important a good range of sizes.

I love my new slippers. They are like walking on clouds—perfect fit, so warm and comfy. There was a problem with the post on my end, and the customer service was second to none. Paul was so helpful and understanding. I highly recommend Elevate Your Sole.

Although the shoes I ordered were not a good fit for me (unfortunately) and had to be returned, the customer service from Elevate Your Sole was excellent.

The shoes arrived really quickly, emails were replied to in record time and my refund was processed immediately.

Found this shop online whilst searching for a pair of Lotus ankle boots, pleasantly surprised that they were the exact same price as all of the usual big retailers. Received them a few days later with a handwritten thank you note in the box, lovely touch. Great service, would definitely buy from them again.

So impressed with my purchase of lotus ankle boots that arrived this morning! Not only are they gorgeous, fab quality and beautifully wrapped, they came with a handwritten card and some love hearts that made me smile! What a lovely gesture! Also they were the best price that I could find. There is an easy to return slip if a return required! Top marks all round.

If you have store vouchers for this company please be aware that the Simon Baker store in Llandudno has now been taken over by a company called “Elevate Your Sole” and they may not be willing to accept them.

My wife visited the store recently with £15 worth of vouchers that had been given to us as change from a previous voucher totalling £80 that we had been given as a gift at Christmas 2018.
We have been trying to spend this “change” for a considerable amount of time, we estimate approxiamately 12 months since our original purchase.
Unfortunately we had been unable to find the appropriate footwear or something at a competitive price.

Finally my wife found a pair of shoes for our daughter and went to purchase them and intended to use the vouchers.
In short, she was questioned about the vouchers and told they were old. She was asked when she made her original purchase and who originally bought the vouchers for us.

Although they did not outright refuse to take the vouchers, they did question every aspect of it and the process lasted over 20 minutes.
They stated that the company had been taken over and there was an obvious attempt to deter the spending of the vouchers by offering what they classed as a similar discount (it was not similar). As there was such an issue with these vouchers staff member took my wifes details and promised a call back.

They honoured the callback but we missed it and I called back and after about three minutes of waiting on hold I was passed over to a gentlemen. He spoke in a sterile and calm manner, while I on the other hand was irate and arrogant while demanding anwsers as to why there was such an issue about spending £15 worth of vouchers.

It was a twelve minute phone call, and it felt like I had spent the majority of my time arguing and convincing why we should be allowed to spend the voucher, he even agreed that the vouchers the previous owner had used were terrible, and eventually he was willing to honour the vouchers.
I was still very angry and upon him agreeing to honour the vouchers I spat out the words “Damn right you will!”.
This comment didn’t go down well and the tone of the call deterioted even further, with the gentlemen stating about how well he had conducted the call and dealt with me and he (and his staff) would accept to be spoken to in such a way.
A few more words were thrown at each other and I ended the call by shouting “**** off” into the phone.

With hindsight, shouting profanities down the phone was never going to make it end well, for that I am sorry.

Despite writing a long (and possibly boring) review, I am not concerned with the monetary value of the vouchers, my problem relates to the principle of what had happened.

These vouchers were purchased in good faith at a local high street store, and effort was made to try and spend the remaining balance, even though this was over a considerable amount of time.
The vouchers had no expiry date and were numbered.
It could even be argued that with a new owner in place there may not even be a legal obligation to honour these vouchers.

The high street is a fragile environment and I appreciate it’s tough to run a business in the age of online shopping.
For the customers that do walk through the door and are willing to spend money, I don’t think this is going to help sales in the long run.

To conclude, I do feel that it was not acceptable to make all of this so hard.
My wife did feel that the instore experience was a slightly belittling.
We have ended up not using the vouchers and I am no longer welcome in that store, which is sad but I won’t lose any sleep over it.
