The cake I ordered was nothing what I asked for and when I complained the company did didn’t do anything to fix it. The way they speak and treat customers is disgusting and a money hungry manger please do not order from here save your money

Réponse de Elite Cakes Boutique
Hi Dami,
Thanks very much for your feedback..and I'm very sorry to hear that.
However, we've made the cake exactly the way you requested in the note..with a light dark base because of the buttercream cover. Also I'm so sorry but we've tried to explain you that and nobody was rude to you.
Loved our Cake
We were delighted with the cake we ordered and received.. everything was so convenient and prompt service.. I will be ordering from this company again.. thank you so much 😊
