My partners and I where looking to explore a bit more and had some questionable experiences at our local retailers so we took to the web and landed here. The selection is outstanding and the categories are laid out nicely so we could explore and find what we where looking for. There was a wide range to choose from when it came to staying in our budget. Our order came super fast and neatly packaged too. So far we love our newest addition to our toy box and will definitely be back to order more!

Defective Products they don’t stand behind.
Please be aware when purchasing from Ella that they do not stand behind the products they sell. I ordered from them this fall although I believed it was Adam & Eve since that’s the website I used. My merchandise came from Ella explaining that they use the Ella for discreetness. About 45 days later I had a defective product that only worked 1 time which I paid well over $100 for (My order was $250 +) so I contacted Adam and Eve and they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. I asked for a refund. Fast forward 2 weeks and now they say that they have no record of my transaction with them and that I needed to contact Ella, which I did. Ella then said that the product was an Adam & Eve product and that I would have to contact them and file a warranty claim. Basically playing the blame game. Tried to do this but there is no such thing. So please do yourself a favor and don’t order from Adam & Eve or Ella Paradis. Keep your $$$ in your pocket.

Great Site, Great Products
Order a few items from Ella Paradis and was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. First off I got a great deal on some top quality items that tend to run on the expensive side. The pricing was much better than any of the major sites I checked. My order was shipped quickly, carefully and arrived within a few days. All the products were as advertised. Needed help, got helped by kind people
So I actually needed a partial refund but heres why i rated 5 stars
The customer service is fast, kind, and helpful. I had to contact a few times and each time they had 5/5 customer service.
I needed a partial refund because part of my order got delayed (not their fault) but the products i did receive are great quality and a good price. Despite having the issue i had I’ll likely be back next time. Every warehouse is struggling so no hard feelings, I’m just glad they handled everything so well!

There are many sites for adult toys/wellness, I'm glad I found this one. I was attracted to Ella Paradis because of their website and pricing. Good experience
I ordered a Womanizer toy about two weeks ago. They shipped the product within 24 hours and it got to my house 3 days after. I had a question about the toy and reached out to them via chat. They were wonderful and answered my question immediately and now I’m happy to use it ;)
