Emaar customer service is totally…

Emaar customer service is totally HORRIBLE, I wish if I can give ZERO .. I dealt with many developers but never faced disrespect to their clients as Emaar . We should buy customer service before buying a property but unfortunately with Emaar NEVER.
I THANK MY GOD THAT I'M GOING TO SELL ME PROPERTY AND NEVER DEAL WITH EMAAR AGAIN I SWEAR 🤬

The worst customer service

The worst customer service. Emmar is selling units with broken AC UNITS I’ve been living in my new apartment for 6 months now and the AC unit isn’t working properly and Emmar maintenance team came six times and never fixed the problem instead they came to argue and my AC unit is still not working.
Be careful buying a unit in creek harbour gate 2 building

Customer service my experience 0 star.
Automatic receipt emails but no further response over months, same for calls. Act like they support but seems my requests is thrown in next bin.

Apart from that. The building (which is already delayed massively) is just standing there with 100% construction and building completion certificate, but Emaar only start the home orientations 7 month later for no reason, although building is completely ready… Until then, the ready building is just standing there. The promised holiday home rental income is therefore also missing out for 7 month without reason. Emaar is not paying for this financial loss.

Materials of tiles etc cheap and very old designs, still small beige tiles since ever, seems bought materials 20 years ago in bulk and still being used now in modern times..

Quality and finishing is way lower compared to many other developers.
Still mostly leaving ugly cut outs for appliances. Using the cheap sinks, not built-in. Only taking care of design and quality of the Lobby but not of the apartments.

Emaar promised Dubai Creek Tower??

Emaar promised Dubai Creek Tower in 2017-18 and sold me flat in Harbour views building. They published false report in news that they will build the tower by 2019. Now we are in 2023, no sign of Tower or the square mall. only false promises.

No After sales service - be warned!

Everytime i request something from Emaar like floor plans for my villa or for saftey in the community they make it difficult to do anything. somethings take more than a year for anything to be done and for the floor plans i have been trying to get them for over a month. A simple drawing they cant provide. can you handle. very fast to take your money but after sales service is non existent once they have thier cash.

WORST DEVELOPER

This issue of a water leak from the rooftop was first reported in early August last year and again raised it on the 14th of December with ticket number 014206430.
By then I had spoken with almost all the staff that they have in EMAAR customer care, and I had been listening to the same thing that they are waiting for the quotation.
Just to wait for the quotation, they are taking this long, but they are not thinking from our side about how important this work is to be done. Every time, we hear complaints from the guest and the apartment owner.
If they are not getting a quotation from the contractor, they can opt for another contractor. They all are wasting their time and our time. 
The one thing I have understood from all this is that EMAAR cares about their customer ONLY UP TO SELLING THE APARTMENT; once money has been received, they close the doors and don't listen to the issues of the customer.

No service at all

I'd love to give them less stars on this chart. Everything about the service is worthless... security, callcenter it doesn't matter who you talk to they can't help with anything! Glad to move to a new developer soon

They spam my email account even after I unsubscribed the newsletter many times. It looks like costumer service is a foreign word for them. Be aware and don't join them.

Very disappointing!!

Very disappointing!!!
I didnt get my commission.. nobody respond! sales agent dont care, icommunicate not replaying, same customer care....
but each week sending notifications about payments to the clients.
I will not work wirh emaar anymore. only secondary market.

Emaar doesn’t follow up on any warranty claims

Brand new properties are under warranty for 1 year and structural warranty for 10 years which includes waterproofing. Emaar will refuse to accept any fault in the property which comes under warranty. Anyone who is buying a property from Emaar, you should expect horrible customer service and denial of all warranty claims. Apart from that, construction quality of Emaar has dropped drastically. Even if you are buying premium properties, there are a lot of corners cut in terms of finishing and quality of materials. It’s no longer the developer that is known for making good quality houses and communities.

Emaar has the worst customer experience...

Bought a unit in emaar dubai hills real estate's latest project- Lime Gardens. There were several calls and follow-up calls until the 1st installment was paid but since then its been a month with no response on paperwork. Spoke to a couple of people at emaar customer service, followed up via email but unfortunately no response. This is the worst customer experience ever!

made payment of 500 aed for…

made payment of 500 aed for modification in emaar villa at 10 march. After all there was 1500 aed booked of . After contact on 10 march i should get 1000 aed back. its now 7 june and still no money back after sending 10 emails. very frustrating and time wasting.

I bought an apartment online

I bought an apartment online, everything was fine but Emaar manager made a mistake in spelling my name in Title deed. One week passed but Still it is not fixed, I am in Dubai, losing money for hotel, not able to apply for a residency. I called a few times but received only useless responses. Huge disappointment in Emaar customer support.

To give Emaar a poor rating is probably a compliment to them. There must be a rating way below poor for them to be awarded. They reply to emails without reading the content of the email and senior management are no where available to assist.

EMAAR customer service is incredibly poor, they damage resident properties and respond with entitlement. My issue is still ongoing and can not find someone who’s senior enough to resolve my issue with community management!
