In response to an earnest request to help with a flooding incident inside a downtown apartment due to rains on 1 Jan 2022, this is the response I received from the Emaar Customer Care Team. I will not get into the details, but the issue is a structural defect in the building.

"Kindly note, we have reviewed your case thoroughly once again. However, we regret that we are unable to assist you further since after this warranty period, the maintenance of the property is the responsibility of the owner or its resident". This is a very standard response for all customer queries.

Behind the picturesque facade of the buildings in Downtown, the quality of materials used, quality of Customer service and treatment of Emrill staff who are overworked is shocking.

Maple 2 dubai Hills , very horrible experience since i move in .
very expensive villas so when you buy it you expecting very good materials and finishing and this was not the case with them, the materials are the cheapest of any villa or apartment I have ever seen.
the kitchen Marble is horrible the gas connection was damaged , the leaving room & the study room ceiling was damaged three times because of the water leak from rain last year and many more to add,
I would advise everyone to stay away,
i ask them many time to change for me the kitchen marble since the first month (the villa was under warranty) but never did - look at some of the photo i have maybe some one on the higher management can explain us why is that happen maybe not.

The worst. It’s impossible to get through to them, they’re follow up is awful, and when they need to do maintenance for a new building within the warranty they refuse to do it and just don’t respond to any complaints. They pass you from pillar to post. Terrible customer service and care, and horrendous follow up. Avoid!

Excellent developer; best in UAE. Their buildings are solid. Maintenance also wonderful. Management company very responsive. Happy to live in Emaar building

Most expencive commmubity payment and yet they collect garbage twice a week, this can be ok with small villas and small families but when huge villas and large families the garbage accumulated is a heaven for rodents resident with us in Emaar community

Terrible service recently received, while they delay YOUR projects for a year, and its ok, but you delay one payment and there is a fine to pay, not very helpful at all ,

The emaar people they like robots , they read from script not understanding your view or capable of understanding, they just want to sell you something,

REGRET BUYING WITH EMAAR...AVOID AT ALL COST ..

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I've never seen anything like this in my life. I'm a tenant in boulevard point and for a water pipe issue they drained my energy not wanting to fix it sending me to third party agencies that were fully booked. I'm without hot water for days now!

I am an international resident at EMAAR Coral Towers in Karachi, I must say the place is nice, but thats about it. The Facility Management including CEO are zero responsive, extreme slow and playing ping pong with customers needs and wishes. Not helpful or customer oriented at all. For that they charge a huge amount of maintenance fee. I just can warn international people to move here. I regret it since day one (which is just one month ago). As said, the location is nice, but the daily trouble is destroying all the sea views you may have from your apartment. I will leave again as soon as possible

This is one of the worst companies in the industry who accompanied with Dana Holdings and dictator Lukashenko in Belarus. Here we have the same talk as it was with Dana Holdings some years ago. And at the end of the day realization of projects is completely different from what people were told by those companies. All of his additional companies serve as an offshore for dictator who commited genocide of his own nation. I hope CEO of this company understand that in the nearest time when Lukashenko will finnaly be removed from his position his so called "investments" will be holded as well as buildings that are just inappropriate because of causes that have been written earlier.
