They shipped fast
They shipped fast. Product was on sale for BFCM and we love the product. We do not use the product as some do, we use ours to make tears and bubbles for dolls.

bad customer service
I placed an order which supposedly shipped on a Monday. I paid extra for Priority shipping as I needed the items by that weekend. Tuesday of the following week, the items had still not arrived. I called and wanted a refund on my shipping premium but Embellish refused, suggesting I try to get the refund from the Postal Service instead. I feel that since I paid Embellish to deliver the items to me on time that they should have been responsible. They chose to use USPS. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is the reason for my bad review.

I've used other websites to order supplies before, but I discovered Embelish FX, and now I order most of my FX supplies from them now. As a haunted house actor that does their own FX makup, I can tell you that they have most of what I need for my characters makup supplies all in one place!
