The parts and labour additional service has been extremely disappointing.

I provided proof of two services, including an invoice clearly showing that a full service had been carried out. However, this was not accepted as sufficient evidence, and I was then asked to obtain a detailed written breakdown from the mechanic of exactly what had been completed.

The amount of additional information requested was excessive and turned what should have been a straightforward process into a very frustrating and time-consuming experience.

After this experience, I will not be renewing and would strongly recommend checking the terms and evidence requirements carefully before purchasing it.

Very disappointing and, in my experience, a complete waste of time.

Avoid if you expect support when things go wrong.

Emergency Assist sent a recovery contractor who decided they couldn't safely recover my son's standard, unmodified Mini Cooper with the equipment provided. Instead of arranging a suitable recovery solution, Emergency Assist treated the incident as a customer cancellation and sought to charge a cancellation fee.

We didn't cancel. We didn't refuse assistance. Their contractor couldn't complete the recovery.

What's particularly frustrating is that Emergency Assist had all the relevant vehicle details and had successfully recovered the same vehicle only two weeks earlier, using a slide-bed recovery vehicle. While I appreciate that different contractors are used in different parts of the country, the choice of contractor and recovery equipment was entirely outside my control and entirely within Emergency Assist's control.

I had provided them with everything they needed to arrange the recovery, and had every reasonable expectation that they would send a suitable recovery vehicle.

I do not believe it is fair that I should be charged a financial penalty because the recovery contractor appointed by Emergency Assist considered the equipment they had been provided unsuitable to safely recover the vehicle.

I also requested a manager call me back – no response. I submitted a formal complaint on 04/08/2026 – no acknowledgement or response.

Very disappointing experience. When your appointed recovery contractor can't complete the job because the equipment provided isn't suitable, the customer shouldn't be the one paying the price.

Great service and very competitive pricing. I wasn't expecting much but received a really good service when I used them. A good reputable local towing company came out to my aid and the driver was so friendly it made my experience so pleasant.

Do not use this company. Absolute waste of space and simply awful. Over 6 hour wait for recovery, only for them to fail actually recover my vehicle!!!! I ended up using a private recovery firm the following day. Furthermore my warranty claim was rejected because I was 27 days into the policy even though it was a renewal and continuation from previous year!! They said they wouldn't pay out anything under 30 days. What a joke. Rip off merchants and an embarrassment organisation. Worst customers services I have ever experienced. They do not even deserve 1 star. Awful just 😖 awful

No problem with the breakdown service used for the first time earlier this year. But at renewal price has increased by 50%. I waited over 30 minutes when I phoned to cancel renewal.
