Excellent value for money and easy to set up
Haven't actually needed to use the breakdown service yet, however setting it up was extremely easy and excellent value for money.

I have emailed your customer service…
I have emailed your customer service department. No reply since 8th August 2026. Have emailed today 5th September.
Very poor communication.
Further on I have now emailed enquiries and customercare several times about my cancellation.
During my 14 day cooling off period.
I shall now involve my Bank, as there doesn't seem to be any other way than hanging on the phone for ever. Thankfully have not broken down, can't imagine how long I would be stranded for. Yours 1 totally disgruntled customer.

The whole process of trying to arrange…
The whole process of trying to arrange a breakdown call out over the phone was horrendous and very stressful. My call was constantly cut off each time I got put through to another department so I had to ring back and start the whole process again 4 times! It took 35 minutes to finally complete the process.
Thankfully once the mechanic arrived he was really nice and helpful.

Unsatisfactory
Had to call them on 2 occasions,
one for a flat battery - they would only take the car to a garage, not jump start the car... "No one had the knowledge to jump start the vehicle"
On the second occasion, i needed to have the car taken to a garage 24 miles away for a major repair and they refused to take the car further than 10 miles!
A waste of money.
