This company misleads you from the initial phone call I made to them. No mention that after the £60 call out fee there would be an additional diagnostic charge of £60 despite me telling them all that was needed was a button pressed to re-set the boiler. They then have the cheek to call me to ask if I am satisfied and argue with me that even if the plumber pressed a button it was right that he charged another £60. So £120 for approx. 2 minutes in my flat is pretty impressive earnings for any plumbers out there!! Do not use this company - they are rip off merchants.

DO NOT USE!! I'm not even sure they are a real company and by reading the other comments, I am even more sceptical. Called for an emergency plumber, they told me someone would be with me within the hour. Got a phone call more than an hour later to tell me noone can come out to me today. They promised me an appointment today at 3pm- I've rang 5 times to understand where the plumber was only to be told it is Sunday and they cannot come out today?? The call centre blamed the area manager. I asked for the area manager to call me back 5 times and the call centre staff said each time they would call me back in 5minutes!!! Absolute joke and waste of time!!!!

Please do not use this company. My experience was dreadful they didn't make the appointment . Advised me that a manager had tried to contact me but I had no missed calls. Stated someone was at the property to do the electrical work which was not the case. Stated they would call me to rectify the problem this id not happen. There seems to be an issue with understanding and communication. The call centre blamed the area manager for the mix up no collective ownership or responsibility. The day off work was a waste of my time.

Advertise as local but actually co-ordinated by a call centre in Egypt!

They are not interested in customer care. Had to spend hours on the phone before finally getting the plumber back to fix what he should have done in the first place.

They are run by a company registered in Ireland (Irish company number 663757) and the named director is a Ms Kirwan.

Called for a plumber as I had a water leak on my drive. The plumber turned up in an unmarked white van. For tools he had a small spade for breaking up the ground, a trowel and a plastic jug for removing water. He wasn't able to turn the water off - I had to call the water company. In the mean time he went to B&Q for parts. All this I was charged for. He dug down 6 or 7 inches and said the leak could be coming from anywhere. He estimated he could dig down to the pipe in about 2 or 3 hours but wasn't even sure if this was where the leak was. As he was charging £120 per hour I decided that he should stop there. This cost me £325. I had a hole in my drive filled with overflowing water. A few days later I managed to get a proper plumber. This guy turned the water off, dug down 3 foot, found the leak, repaired the pipe and filled the hole back up in 90 minutes. This cost me £120. I have not been able to get my money back from the previous plumber or Emergency Services 24. The plumber has rung me up and argued with me about what he did and didn't do. Up to you if you want to ring this company up - I wouldn't - even if I was desperate (which I was last time and that's how they got me).

Horrific. They charged £204 callout for a trainee electrician to come round who couldn’t fix the problem as he didn’t understand it and then left!! We now have to try and find another company. Mum has dementia and is 70 and is now left with no electrics and pension taken! DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a plumber from this company and I am satisfied with the service they provided me. The guy, Gary, was very polite and fixed the leak very efficently. Considering that it was an emergency case, I can say that even the price was a reasonable one.

Company and engineer who came to do a plumbing job for me was professional and punctual (within the 1 hourl and would definitely use them again.

I called this company couple of weeks ago because I had no power at all.
They arrived in 25 mins time and made it possible to bring the power back on within 1h.
I had a little baby sick at home as well, that was really scared.
I would highly recomend.

Do not use this company.
Avoid like the plague.
They are a complete rip off.
They sub-contract to proper electricians who are embarrassed about their charges.

Fake Charges, Called for inspect the problem and charged for £300 without any permission for just disconnect one cable.

No receipt was given.

The only thing redeeming about this company was the unfortunate plumber looking for a job.
2 hours late. Said £60 call out charge. Completed 1 hours work and charged £350. Said £290 is plumbers fee and diagnostics for 1 hour.
Given they were an hour late I had to turn the mains off outside for the radiator leak. The kitchen was flooded by the time they arrived. Diagnostics - not rocket science - faulty valve.
Lady on the phone refused to let me speak to manager. Probably because there isn't one. Blackmailed me saying the plumber won't get paid.
Rogue company who exploits emergency situations

Don't use. The plumbers/electricians are OK/mediocre but the charges are high, the work shoddy and NO INVOICES. Then when try to contact them they just fob you off telling you to contact the technician directly but will not give his number. Call out by all means but do not pay cash or by bank transfer. Cheque or credit car only. And insist on invoice or do not pay!

Please see other reviews and believe them! I had a smart meter installed by a major power company, but the electricity kept tripping after it was fitted. The power company told me to get an electrician in, which I did asap, as I had had no earth for 3 days. They arrived after I had gone to work on night duty. I was told there was a £90 call out. The electrician came and said that it would be £250 an hour. Expecting the job done in an hour, I grudgingly agreed. THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER, A BILL FOR £1250 AND HE WOULD NOT LEAVE UNTIL IT WAS PAID ELECTRONICALLY. DO NOT USE THS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Do NOT use this firm - we were advised that the charge would be £75 call out fee and an hour’s labour to fix a power outage, but said the hour’s labour would be dependent on the electrician. After the work was done - an easy fix - they then charged us £465 . . . meaning the hour’s labour was £390. We had no choice but to pay eventually, but we’re devastated. Even the electrician himself (who was good, we’ll go to him directly in future instead of through this agency) tried to reason with the agency on the phone, saying his max fee is £185 per hour, but they refused. Ultimately they accepted £350 but we’ve still been thoroughly ripped off.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Quotes 50gpb for emergency plumber which turned in 230gpb cost after work had been carried out by plumber. When calling company for a receipt they are rude and shout at you saying they are too busy and put the phone down. Avoid.

Firstly the pricing of the call out and work is completely opaque. We were told the call out fee was £70 plus time spent. However, the total came to £270 for a 20 min job as excessive travel time was added and the plumber was forceful in ensuring the full payment was made there and then without the ability to question the rate. To add to the frustration the plumber incorrectly diagnosed the issue and was of absolutely no help whatsoever. We had to get another plumber in to actually fix the issue. To top it all off it took us over 3 months to get emergencyservices24, then via the plumber, to issue us with an invoice which took months of phone calls, emails etc. Please avoid this service at all costs. They are a massive rip off with such poor customer service, I am surprised at how they have actually managed to stay in business.

Called for emergency plumbing services and did have people arrive within the hour but quoted misleading prices to us and ended up wanting to charge 280 gbp per hour due to a 40% Mark up from the agency onto the sub contractors. No terms and conditions explained on the website, no terms and conditions explained by the subcontractors. Net, use other services such as Pimlico plumbers who I have used before and are transparent about their rates.
