The plumber came out to tend to an emergency at short notice and went above and beyond to rectify the issues. He took time to explain everything clearly, was very personable and completed the work to a high standard. Would not hesitate to recommend.

We ring emergency services 24 as we split a pipe on a radiator on a job, we rung them late in the day and they was out in 40 mins and rectified the issue in no time.
We will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend.

After I called Emergencyservices24, Jay arrived at the property within a few short hours and very quickly resolved the safety issue in the most efficient way. Without his help, we would have been in real trouble! Excellent service, I would highly recommend.

Reasonable call out to Croydon. Plumber came within 90 minutes and fixed the issue on a weekend. I had a leak on the mains water supply while digging a hole for a tree that was to be planted in the garden. The plumber was very friendly and found the issue straight away. He had to dash to screfix to get the connector, and fitted it all cleanly. Can recommend this service for the particular job that was done. Expensive than normal plumbers, but emergency is emergency, and you pay to get the job done immediately.

Just realised my local number was linked to this. Called up this evening with a leak which stopped 7 minutes later and immediately called back to cancel my booking only to be told it would cost me £140. The number I called was Ashford based - I was told it would be 30 mins to 1 hr and Folkestone is max 20 mins away so what am I being charged for. The leak came from a flat upstairs and I was offered no advice. My own stupid fault for panicking but would definitely say don't use them! Cannot stress enough.

I called for an electrician after a water leak and as soon as he said he would not provide a certificate or any kind of paperwork to show he'd done the work and it was now safe I refused him to start work. Every electrician should provide that. It was essential for me as selling my house and needed it to show my buyers. Had a screaming banshee their end after I called to cancel threaten me with all kinds of bull and the police for not paying them for callout and one hour of non existent labour. Had to block her number and called her bluff and said I'd report them as a rogue outfit to the police myself. As I want a qualified proper electrician i have to go elsewhere. Cowboys. The banshee was their boss by the way. Unprofessional money grabbers not sending out properly qualified people.

Absolute despicable company. XxxxxDo not usexxxxx I had a leaking stop tap and phoned them asking for a plumber to come out. He arrived and after an hour, tap still not fixed he said it was a bigger job than first thought. He said he could do a temporary fix and then I could find a local plumber who should be cheaper. He rang this company on my behalf and I was told over his phone to pay £200 for the work that had been undertaken. I disputed this and almost immediately the disrespectful bi#t$ on the other end hung up on me. The plumber carried on with the job as we didn't having running water and pipes had been cut. I was charged £315 to replace a stop tap. This is a rip off company who couldn't care less about you or your situation. They are THIEVES. Please avoid

Ludicrous price for a ten minute job. Avoid these people at all costs. MCS plumbing did the same job for a £60 call out charge. The guy was nice and did a good job but if you want your bank balance intact, avoid like the plague

Avoid this company at all cost! They scammed me out of 321.00 for a job he couldn’t complete. I asked if they accepted check and the plumber Andrew said no which is a lie because it’s on the website. They sent him at night and once he came in he wouldn’t leave. Then when he realized he couldn’t complete the job he left the pipes leaking. Keep in mind that my pipes were not leaking before. He said for another 300 he would come back again to do more work. We have a bucket under the pipes along with a plastic bag. Worst business I have ever dealt with.

Awful disgusting company. Please avoid if you want to keep your house in tact.

Gary - the worst electrician I have ever seen. I have explained my problem of non working outlet and crosswired issue.He spent 5 min just checking the voltage and told me it is fixed after two pokes with his magic screwdriver. Told me it is fixed now,but the outlet still not working. Charged me 144 pounds for 5 min. I am looking to sue this company for providing this type of services.

DO NOT USE I WILL BE GOING TO A SMALL CLIAMS COURT REGARDING THIS THE PLUMBER THEY SENT PROLONGED THE TIME HE WAS IN MY PROPERTY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! DIDNT EVEN CLEAN UP AFTER HIMSELF LEFT A RIGHT MESS
