I am taking action against them to get a full refund!!

I wouldn't normally have left a 1-star review, but unfortunately my experience has left me with no other option.

To summarise my experience: I purchased an item of clothing that was advertised with a 2-day delivery time, but it didn't arrive for almost 3 weeks. When it finally arrived, I was very disappointed with the quality. The item was extremely tight, one of the buttons was already hanging off, and the waistband elastic was far too tight to be comfortable.

I contacted customer service to arrange a return, but my request was pushed back on six separate occasions. I was repeatedly told they didn't want to accept the return because the item had been shipped from overseas, despite this not being my fault.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money. The product quality was poor, the delivery was misleading, and the customer service was extremely disappointing.

I ordered a trench coat. It took a while to arrive, which is ok as they were updating me on the order. When I received the item was something completely different from what advertised on the website. Different quality, different model. Basically something else. They didn't send the return label with the package. In the website the policy states that you need to pay the postage fee if you return the item. However they say if they make a mistake they will sort it. Obviously forget about it! I had to exchange several emails where they were offering first 10% of discount, then 20% until 30%. In the end they never sent a refund, I had to sort it out via bank.
Don't buy there. Waste of time and money.

The quality of the clothing was not as expected. The reviews on the site are clearly fake. The item I received didn't look anything like the pictures. Utter waste of money.

Do not deal with this company! I gave one star to get a review listed, otherwise it would be no stars. The jacket I bought was awful, nothing like the description or colour advertised and very poor quality. It was packaged terribly and was so creased on arrival I doubt I could make it look good by steaming or ironing! Asking for a refund, they do not even tell you which country is has to go back to /which address and after many emails they offered me 10% discount which I am in negotiation about. This is a con. DO NOT TOUCH!

Dress nothing like that advertised. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Poor quality not the same product that advertised. Impossible to get a refund.delivery is unbearable 2 days took 3 weeks.

I placed an order warehouse clearance (ha ha) for a dress £38 after sometime a dress arrived £33 colour description was different wanted midi length this dress was ground length long long long
Emailed them numerous times only wanted me to be satisfied what a joke I sent pictures of dress & labels as requested Told me I must pay for returns even though it is their mistake
I think they are crooks dishonest & cheats please don’t give them any business
Impossible to speak to anyone I left my mobile
Eventually they said for 10% refund I can keep dress End of DISGUSTED

Quality Not as expected and slow delivery took ten days to arrive
The item I ordered was described as
“Woman’s jumper with zip neck and cable knit texture”

It is not knitted it is a fleece sweatshirt with cable texture. I was expecting it to be knitted.
Also I am a size 12 AU and ordered a medium the fit is small. It has ribbing around the cuffs and waist band. The garment is short on me and the ribbing makes it bulge out over my abdomen

Horrible quality, misleading advertising, hugely overpriced for what they are selling, plus tsunami of daily emails when you are foolish enough to buy something from them - stay away from Emilia Rose “clothing”! It’s nothing like what they advertise. You will never get your refund either.

False advertising re: returns. They want $40 up front before they reveal the returns address
Poor quality clothing

The boots were poor quality, looked nothing like the photos, and arrived packed in a plastic bag. I returned them and am still waiting for my refund.

Customer service has been disappointing, communication has been slow, and I have had to continually chase updates.

I regret purchasing from this company and wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Based on my experience, I would not buy from them again. I will update this review if the refund is finally paid.

I wouldn’t rate them as even one star. I was a fool not to check them on TrustPilot before buying from them. The clothes are a very poor quality fabric, it two attempts to find an email address that worked and even then they are trying every delaying tactic in the book to avoid sending me a returns label. I have been asked to send a photo of the items and to measure them, why??
The latest offer is a 10% refund, no thank you! Luckily PayPal is on the case and failing that I shall go through my credit card company.

Do not use this company.
I spent a looooooong time trying to return a rubbish item to them to get my money back. In the end I had to accept a 30% refund.

Don't waste your time or money with the company they are a scam. Items arrived 3 weeks after purchase, terrible fit, now I can't get any return details for a refund - I have had to go through my bank to dispute the payment.

I ordered a beige suit, I clicked the shipping that I needed as this was a last minute purchase for an occasion.
I was then told my shipping was delayed, this was the only information I could get.
On their email it says you can cancel orders before it’s shipped, you cannot do this as I tried to do this.
I then emailed them and they told me it has already gone out for shipping and I can track now via a link they sent.
The occasion was 2 weeks ago and my outfit arrived last week.
It is unopened and I have now tried to follow their returns policy. The email address provided on their website is not valid as you need to be sent a returns form.
I would recommend anyone to stay away from this site, they are not quick, (unless it’s taking your money) it is not easy to return anything either. All in all a website that is just awful. Will not be using again. I even went as far as contact my bank for fraudulent behaviour which they are looking into.

Do not order from this company. The whole thing is a scam! I have only just read these reviews and wish i had done so before ordering. The shorts sent bore no similarity to what I had ordered and had no labels attached. The only label had all the info cut off. They were far too big and of substandard material(not linen advertised but cheesecloth and not lined). When asked for a return address, they offered a 14% refund as told return expensive and complicated. A total waste of time and money!

Worst shopping experiences ever. Badly delayed delivery. Then I had to chase them and communicated with them. After 15 emails the same email address told me they need to see the pictures of product and then send me the return instructions.

I didn’t even open the package as it was for a trip and then it was delivered after I finished my trip. Please avoid this business

If there was an option to select 0 stars, I absolutely would. Made a mistake of not reading the reviews on their customer service, which is indeed nothing g but terrible. DO NOT buy from this business as they absolutely do not return/ refund as most customers have confirmed in their reviews.
