Emma Holland clip earrings (I have many!) are always beautifully made and packaged, and comfortable to wear. For once I had to return a pair because they just didn’t suit me. The return process was easy and when I emailed to check whether received I got a personal reply and confirmation of immediate refund - very unusual and appreciated.

Web site brilliant. Earrings i wanted were out of stock but I was notified when they became available. I was delighted with my purchase they are really good quality and for clip on earrings very comfortable to wear and will definitely be looking to buy more in the future.
