Wonderful jewellery- my favourite earrings are from Emma Holland. I have at least six pairs (after my first favourites were discontinued) always beautifully gift wrapped and packaged too. Excellent service and easy to shop website

Excellent customer service
Enjoyable browsing items online. Very easy to order with a quick turn-round and order delivered in a couple of days.
I forgot to include a discount code when ordering online. I sent email when I realised and received an immediate reply followed by refund of the appropriate amount.

I ordered two pairs of earrings which were dispatched very quickly. When one pair was found to have a clip which was almost impossible to operate as it was so stiff I was able to return them with no problem and the refund was issued straight away. The earrings were great quality and overall I was very satisfied.

I cannot wear pierced earrings anymore…
I cannot wear pierced earrings anymore so have recently started to buy clip on ones. I saw Emma Holland earrings on line so ordered them. I’m really pleased with them. The quality is really good, reasonably priced and they are comfortable to wear. I will certainly purchase more.

The package delivered to the wrong house but that was not your fault it was the postal service that delivered to the wrong house but it was brought to me by a kind stranger.The earrings I ordered are perfect thank you.I wear them constantly.So good to be able to get clip ons
