Emojo Bike Avis 101

FedEx has been waiting for over a week for a package Emojo said has been shipped. Zero replies from my emails to support days ago. HORRIBLE non-existent customer support. Answer your damn emails!

Very good company trustworthy and professional

SLOW SHIPPING - Ordered a product on 9/1 and it showed 2-3 business days for shipping (free shipping). It's 9/9 and the tracking has barely been generated.

Two problems.

1. The screws that hold the kick stand on were pretty loose and one fell off and Is gone. The other one did not screw in tightly so I ended up using some old screws I had to hold it on more securely.

2. The front disk brake makes a loud squeaking noise. This was not adjusted properly. I should be able to adjust this so it works OK. Hit and miss until it works OK.

None of this is a show stopper but it's a bit irritating for a brand new bike to have these problems. I suspect part of the problem is how things are operating during the pandemic. Not enough time to test it out and have things adjusted properly at the shop. Other than that it works as advertised. Should be fine for short commute to work.

Well I order and got charge for Two chargers and two head lights I open my package and only got one deliver

Item has a tracking number, but hasn't shipped for over a week. No communication. Very disappointed.

Never got my order because you didnt ship it and when I called she said she would cancel and refund my card which never happened. I have called several times and no one picks up. Order 1374

I ordered July 23rd and have yet to get my package. No communication, no shipping confirmation nothing . Even through covid your company email isn’t receptive? I am very disappointed and will be out sourcing for a new e-bike company.

It has not shipped yet. What gives!!??

My experience riding this bike is absolutely incredible it's a beautiful smooth ride the fat tires help a lot it's beautiful I bought a blue the guys who put this together for me was incredible all gentlemen's again it's a beautiful bike

Love my Emojo bike. I did buy this from a distributor, but have needed a couple of things from Emojo, and they have been very helpful. I am in So Cal, and the company is located in Irvine, so its close and convenient. Love them!

Finally I have a rack for my Lynx. It fits, even though it is not as pictured on the website. It would have been nice if the company had informed me that the item was back-ordered after I ordered it on 5/18/20, and when it was due to arrive. Instead, "Your order is on the way. Track your shipment to see the delivery status", was sent shortly after I ordered the rack. But in following the FedEx instructions, I learned that the item had not been received by FedEx. Requests for information about the rack were sent to Emojo on 5/22. 5/26, and 5/28. I finally got a response after the last request. The rack arrived on 5/29/2020. More contact re: accurate arrival of the rack, or the fact that it was back-ordered, would have resulted in 5 stars.
