Our experience with EMS Ltd has been extremely damaging and raises serious concerns about how they vet and monitor the payment processors they introduce.
We were onboarded via EMS Ltd to Paytoro, and after processing legitimate transactions, we encountered serious issues accessing our funds as the payment provider went dark. EMS Ltd knew about this a week prior but failed to tell us.
The lack of oversight and communication was extremely concerning. There was no proactive warning or meaningful intervention, leaving us exposed while still processing payments.
Whether this reflects poor due diligence or weak monitoring, the outcome is the same: businesses are left to deal with the consequences alone.
Based on our experience, we strongly urge others to proceed with extreme caution.
