Excellent friendly service
We were very please with the service. The team always answered our questions and were really friendly and approachable. Very professional service and guided us through the vast amounts of paperwork etc that comes with moving home. We always felt we could call or email if we had any concerns.

Notary and apostilles
It was my first time having to get documents notarised and apostilled and Will was super helpful and explained everything needed. The process was fast as well, so I wasn’t waiting for replies or my documents

It is our understanding that you were purchasing a shared ownership property and asked for further advice on the lease in respect of the forfeiture clause. This advice was given and you were not happy with the answer and decided not to proceed with the purchase. That is your prerogative but it is incorrect to say that no opinion or advice was given.
