It was fantastic getting the New Gas Boiler installed and should have done it long ago.
The initial arrangements were dealt with Katie over the phone and was very helpful with all my queries and got Steven for the further process.
Steven is an absolutely fantastic person as he explained every minute details about our queries and the long term benefits of installing the New Boiler and has tons of knowledge about his craft and the dedication towards it is paramount with passion.We straight away decided without any second thought to go for the New Boiler and Steven arranged and explained every detail about the job and also gave free services for some work which was really appreciable and important for us.
On the day of installation James and Harry arrived exactly on time and carried out the work very professionally and both showed lots of passion and dedication towards the job .Everything was done with perfection and very neat.James explained everything he job done is fantastic and without any second thought would recommend anyone looking for a perfect installation experience.

We met with Stephen a few weeks ago and following on from his recommendation we got Energy Upgrade to supply and install a new gas boiler. The whole process was organised perfectly and the installation crew of James, Finn and Harry were fantastic on the day. The new boiler was just replaced yesterday by energyupgrate company, they are really experts do that kind of works, friendly and so patient to explain how the systems work,Thanks Karl, James and Harry, you are brilliant! I 100% recommended.

I had a really bad broken boiler/water damage problem. Got five different quotes from five different companies. The guys at energyupgrade.ie were the only ones who were brutally honest about my situation and fully explained all the options available to me. James, Harry and Jordan did the work. They were thoroughly professional, incredibly hard-working and clearly communicated every different step of the lengthy process. I had my new boiler & radiators installed about 6 weeks ago. From the moment the lads came they immediately got to work non stop. It was completed in 3 days. Had one small issue following week but it was promptly fixed. Only other thing one or 2 boards not put back properly & carpet will have ti be fixed properly after it. Otherwise great service & company

James and Harry were brilliant, the install was seamless and happy. Will recommend them!

James & Harry were very professional at their work , they explained everything to me , and they done a great job on the tubing outside the house which was a concern of mine, Definatly reommend them , very pleasant lads , job well done.
