5 Star all the way- from start to finish! I had my new boiler installed last 21st January-- and so far so good. Happy with the product and service. Very professional team. From Mr. Stephen, one of the owners (I learned), the amiable Katie from their office and of course to the best team who came over to do the job, engineers Sean Keulemans and his assistant Cian Hyde! They were very efficient, focused and meticulous. They did a good job. Sean is very good of what he does and make sure Cian is learning. He's a good teacher.

Boiler went just before Christmas, they were so easy to deal with best price around and got it sorted for us as soon as possible with a new system boiler.
The lads were so efficient and wouldn’t even know they were here when working away.
Top class work and finish making sure it’s what we wanted.
Overall absolutely delighted with the service will be highly recommending them.

From initial contact to job completion everything and everyone was fantastic Stephen who is extremely nice and pleasant came out on the Wednesday and explained everything really well from what was involved to price by monday I was having my new boiler installed by sean and Adam 2 very professional lad's who knew what they were doing and explained everything when the finished including showing me how to use the halo,the 2 lad's showed up first thing and got started immediately also very tidy left no mess whatsoever. I recently had my old radiator replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the service! From start to finish, the process was seamless. James was punctual, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable, explaining everything clearly before getting started.

The installation was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. He ensured there were no leaks, tested everything thoroughly, and tidied up after themselves.

This company was so efficient. I got a plumber out so fast and they installed a new combi boiler for me. I didn't even know they had been in my home. They took all the old equipment away and left the place exactly as it had been. They are trustworthy also so iwas able to leave them in my home while I was out. I would highly recommend them.

It's was such a pleasure to work with this company starting with Stephen and then James and Harry they arrived on time carried out the work quick and efficiently explained everything to us about what they were doing and Why they cleaned up everything after they were finished. We got quotes from several companies but this was the most efficient and the best value extremely happy with our new boiler and our heaters are so much hotter than in the past thanks so much

I first met Stephen at Ideal Home Show and he recently replaced my boiler and everything was done to a very high standard, I’ve not had much luck with trades man over the years but it was all done very professionally.

energyupgrade upgraded my home heating solution from an old, broken, inefficient oil boiler to a new A rated combi gas boiler. They handled the complete gas installation into the house including all new gas pipes up to the attic where the combi boiler was installed. Stephen, Sean and the team were all extremely professional and took great care of our house during this mutli-day installation. We're delighted to have gone with energy upgrade for this project and would recommend them to all friends and family for their own gas boiler needs. They even completely removed the previous oil boiler and oil tank, as well as the immersion that we no longer need because of the combi boiler. Thanks energyupgrade!

made an appointment for a quote from this company,took the morning off work. They did not show up and would not answer repeated phone calls. Be advised and avoid.

My nanny needed a boiler upgrade got the Dublin City council grant Shane was out that day to look at the job amazing price and the lads had it fit and running all in the one day Shane’s work is amazing so clean and tidy pride in his work
