Fantastic experience so far with Enhanced. All of the team have been polite, caring and helpful. Excellent inpatient experience and so far aftercare has been great.

My only constructive criticism would be perhaps there needs to be more discussion around mental health history at an earlier point in the patient journey and being clear what the clinic needs, to ensure there are no additional hurdles to get over in order to access therapy within a few days of the scheduled date.

I also implore all health providers to reconsider the use of the BMI system as fundamentally flawed metric.

I honestly couldn’t fault the service! The communication was amazing from start to finish. All my questions were answered thoroughly, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed and reassured throughout the process. The staff were all so friendly, welcoming and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I’m really happy with the service I received and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering having surgery. Thank you for making the whole experience such a positive one!
The only improvement I would suggest is regarding the post-operative aftercare booklet. It would be really helpful if it contained information specific to the surgery I had, rather than general aftercare advice for every procedure carried out at the clinic. Having a booklet tailored to your specific surgery would make it easier to find the relevant information and know exactly what to expect during recovery. Other than that, I’ve had a really positive experience!

I have just had a breast reduction carried out in birmingham. The staff in the hospital were amazing! I had to stay in over night due to a medical condition and the nurse and dr on shift couldnt have done enough for me!

I had Dr. Shalabi he was great from start to finish. He explained everything very well and I’ve just been discharged yesterday after my 2 month check up. I had no complications and my scars have healed very well as he made sure to place them where they aren’t visible. I couldn’t be happier. It’s been a long journey of healing and expectations and those have been surpassed. I don’t even normally write reviews but this one is really deserved. Thank you to everyone at the enhance medical team!- Cecilia

Enhance med was amazing from the very beginning. I had my first consultation end of May and then had a second one beginning of sept due to my HBA1c. Melanie my care handler was fab, she helped with anything that I needed with very quick response times. My care on the day of surgery was top tier! Being a type 1 diabetic I felt so at ease day of surgery my Surgeon Dr Marco Mahalis was great and also Wendy my care nurse and all the team. All of them were amazing. I highly recommend! My whole experience has been so smooth ❤️ onto my recovery.. Thank you Enhance Team.

I cannot recommend this company enough, from start to finish the level of care they have for you is unmatched every single member of staff are fantastic, so knowledgeable and attentive to your every need they cannot do enough for you. I would 100% choose this company for any future surgery’s I desire I cannot thank them enough and I’m over the moon with my breast reduction, doctor award is fantastic surgeon and very nice man.

Whole process from start to finish was a breeze. All staff were super helpful and caring. I highly recommend Dr Shalabi, he was very informative and reassuring throughout the process and checked in with me several times after surgery to see how I felt & how I was doing.
Aftercare team have been helpful, nothing is too much trouble.

I couldn’t fault a single thing. From the second I stepped into reception, to being taken onto the ward, to going into theatre, in recovery and then leaving again .. all the members of staff were amazing, talking everything through, very happy, welcoming and reassuring. I felt in very safe hands!

I felt in good hands and well looked after from the second I walked in.

Honestly I can’t fault my whole experience is been amazing from start to finished. I had a reduction on 30th of September in Hammersmith, London with Mr. Ben Khoda and I can’t recommended highly enough. All the team staff, my surgeon, PCC, nurses and anaesthetist are top quality.

I would highly recommend enhance medical to anyone,ive received continuous care throughout my journey for surgery and couldn't of asked for any better..thank you for changing my life for the better ❤️

I was really nervous the day of my surgery. But once I arrived at Joseph house I was met by lovely staff that made me feel at ease instantly. From walking in that morning till leaving after my surgery I was treated with the upmost care and compassion. All staff members were incredibly informative and caring. I look forward to seeing my ongoing results from my breast augmentation.

From my consultation all the way up to Post op the service and care I have received from all at enhance has been second to none. I’m so happy with my results and I honestly can’t recommend enough! The whole process was so straight forward also. Thank you so much ☺️

I’m 12 months post op. I went In to my surgeon open minded let him pick everything out for me and the placement.he choose over the muscle and the size.I absolutely hate them! Iv been told they won’t do a revision and if I’m not happy to have them taken out! I have so many ripples (I have even gained a stone which was advised) and no difference, my only option now is to save and change the placement with someone else. As you can see there’s not many bad reviews and I’ll tel you why after this review I’m going to get a phone call to take it down but I won’t because I feel not listened to. Iv done everything they have advised but take them out and I’m not doing that as I then had them done and suffered this 12months of absolute nightmare for nothing. I was even told by a NHS doctor who performed a mammogram and a scan also advised by enhance that I have more ripples then should be Expected.iv given 2 stars in my review for the reception staff as they were always friendly and the nurse who looked after me post op!

I had a fantastic experience with enhance, from consultation to surgery day it’s been very straightforward. Dr Maklad is amazing and would highly recommend him. Staff at enhance are friendly and helpful. My nurse on the operation day was amazing. Five stars!
